The problem is it is expensive service, and some part of the report are correct however it was very negative and they do not explain things properly I was called as being aggressive in my future I asked that it mean, in a chat of 30 minutes I was taken through astrology meanings I do not want that, the customer service does not help you and think what they do is right, there is no guarntee for proper service.

ZERO STARS - Buyer Beware!!!

Not even one star, but zero was not an option. I have had several reports/readings by professional astrologers in my lifetime. The report I purchased for$55US from Indastro was NOT LEGITIMATE and NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. It quite obviously is a generic computer generated report that did not involve a professional astrologer's review and reflection of the transiting aspects in relationship to the data specific to my chart. If you are seeking a paid professional reading, look elsewhere to spend your money. I tried to work with Indastro directly to resolve my dispute, but they were uncooperative. Thus my poor review to protect other customers.

The reports are a rip off

On impulse, I ordered a 2 year birthday report for $50. I should have read the reviews first. It’s terrible, poorly written, so vague it could be anyone’s astrological reading. Examples: “The affairs only personal life might require attention from time to time.” “Pay attention to your professional career and continue to work in a suitable job and professional field as long as possible.” “Take important decisions after weighing pros and cons.” They have not responded to my feedback. Don’t waste your money.

I didn’t sing up to this place. They keep sending a lot of spams, the unsubscribe mail list doesn’t work, I’ve sent several emails to remove my address from the list. Nothing happens.

Never ever venture with these thugs they cheat you by sending scam messages, they send me a report with mistakes and I have been asking for corrections, they dodge saying some reasons which is very unprofessional. Please dont deal with them.

Never ever pay anything to this website. It is just rubbish. It is either generated automatically or by an untrained or novice person. After ignoring so many bad reviews on MouthShut, I paid Rs.1000 like a stupid. I got a 6 page pdf saying very general things that I every other site on the internet gives for free.

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THIS WEBSITE!

They took my money of 2531 twice and I contacted customer support to refund one amount. Very bad service. They will not respond properly. When I ask how are you going to refund the amount then there is no response from them. Don't believe in this service. It's your wish if you want to go for them

Over the period of time Indastro's astrologers have becoming money minded with little or no authenticity left in their forecasting. They are more keen in churning out negative predictions which would generate more more fear among already curious/concern people. Do NOT refer to them - free or paid!

They charge heavy price for the services which are auto-generated. There is little, if at all, analysis done by the actual astrologers. The free services available on the website are much more better, which actually act as baits for poor customers. Overall, it is just an over-hyped website with little substance!

I got a far superior reading from Ganesha speaks for about 1/3 of the cost. Here is what I wrote Indastro after the reading I bought for $55 USD:

"Hi, there are many problems with my reading. I will promptly review this service poorly if it is not remedied. It is the worst reading I have ever had in 30 years of following astrology and several Vedic astrology readings. These are just a few of my complaints:

My name and birth data is nowhere on this report-- it could be for anyone.

It doesn't explain how the d9 chart works at all-- why would it change the relative position of my planets? It should show both my birth chart and the d9 chart to compare.

It gives no beginning dates for the periods mentioned.

It refers to my partner as a female-- I am female-- is this chart for a male?

It says mercury is conjunct my sun-- that is not the case. All of the planets are wrong-- even if this chart places planets in different houses, they are in different positions relative to my real chart.

The physical and mental description of my partner has only more vague and inaccurate information about me-- nothing about my partner's description.

For the price I paid, this information is inferior to any report I've ever ordered.

If I don't get satisfaction from this email, I will send more and post negative reviews wherever I can. I want either a proper report or my money refunded."

I got no response even after several more attempts to contact them. Stay away.

I did the 2 year planetary dna report and there was 1 paragraph describing my personality/characteristics that was completely inaccurate. Then there was a short paragraph for each section that described the planet position but did not provide any information about what it means. The description was very general and poorly written. the last page was just a general do's and don'ts page which I assume they add to everyones report. I do not recommend. I currently received horoscopes by email from indastro that are 100 times much better than the 30 dollar report that I paid for. They were also delayed in getting back to me with the report so I had to email them to find out. Was disappointing when I got the report.

It's been 3 working days and no report. Communicated for the report and no response. Stay away from these ppl. Not worth. I guess their own Shani Dasha has started. Absolutely loosing their clients. Ordered for a medical report so that I could take proper advice but it seems I will have to ask for refund.

I don't know how people are talking trash about them when the readings they have given me not only proved accurate, but also helped me survive the worst period in my life! I ordered 2018 Career Report 2 months back when my career was literally going nowhere. The report suggested a career growth in coming 3 months & it really happened! I am in a much better position now & glad that my friend introduced me to this website! I'm coming back whenever I have more doubts! Faith brings power.

P.S. Their service is also helpful. I needed some more info that was initially not mentioned in the report. It took them a few days, but I got what I needed. Keep up the good work. Polite staff.

Disappointed. Too much for too little

Disappointed after spending around 2, 500 on a Rahu ketu transit report. Barely 4 pages and that too ibullet point format. No details. No specific dates and astro jargon we don't understand. I thought their free monthly horoscope accurate which is why I went in for this report heavily advertised by them.
