I bought an Insurance policy from icici pru in Sep. 2022. When i recvd the policy bond its wording are differ from what their employee committed in writing. In policy bond it was written clearly that if anyone wants to cancell the policy they can submit the policy within 30 days of policy document reciept but when i applied they rejected by saying that i hv crossed the time frame of 30 days. I hv given them all proofs that i recieved bond of policy late and delay was at the end of icici pru but they didn't accept any thing.

ACTUALLY THIS CO. ICICI IS A BIGGEST FRAUD CO.

I really don't know why IRDA allowed this co. to do business and cheat customers.

I suggest not to buy any kind of insurance from this FRAUD co.

Worst custmer service. These guys don't know what they are doinf. The reps simply pass your call from one to another. When it comes to.opening a policy, these scamsters write policy with minimal info they make you run from pillar to post when it comes to honoring and paying the money. My duaughter had a policy that is matured, but her grand father who proposed the policy is no more. They dont understand the situation, but came close to ask me to bring in the dead person alive to settle the claims. No human values. Just money minded persons. I will never do any business with these scumbags, unless i turn into a scamster.

I checked the premium online when I bought the term insurance policy. I visited to policybazaar website for the same. And I got the plan very affordable as per my budget. It has benefits and I really like them.

Hi ICICI Prudential,

Iam kotti satish who has taken policy name - icici pru assured savings insurance plan on 7th October and till now Application is not submitted properly.

Its 3 weeks we did not receive the policy . My parents has surrendered the old policy and your agent has made them to take new policy and he diverted the

amount 50k for which you have not send the policy till now. Is this the way ICICI prudential work in looting the customers amount and not sending the policy . your

agent did not the acknowledgement after amount is deducted from old policy maturity amount.

Not even single customer care person called and and update me that I will receive the policy on X date. What sort of organization ICICI prudential is iam not getting.

1) IS ICICI Prudential meant for looting the customer money and diverting the money for agents incentives and misuse them.

2) want to understand what is ICICI Prudential meant for . Is it organization working on customers who become prey to their robery.

Terrible services provider. Due to bad customer service I had written and called them 5-6 times but till date they are yet to bother to resolve it. Actually nobody bothered in this org. Still they keep sending ECS debit to my bank account. Shameless people. Beware. Highly Not recommended. I want to switch out now but stucked. Check their website customer portal, nowhere cancellation option given. They dont allow cancellation if you want to opt out. You can take policy but can not exit. Only option is I guess is not to pay ECS but then bank charges bounce charges. Dont know where I can formally complaint about them.

I have made payment for annual premium on 28 Feb 2020 for Rs 1 Lakh and 5 thousands. This was for a term plan or Rs 50 Lakhs. I have cleared medical tests on 7th March 2020.

ICICI pru is delaying the issue of policy since then. Thn after the nationwide lockdown started on 23rd of march. But the time between 7th march(Medical test) to 23 march is too long period. The policy could have been issued. The empolyees are working from home. The polocy is still not issued till today, 12th Apr( 1.5 months after 1 lakh of premium paid)

I suspect, because of COVID 19 breakout, the company is deliberately delaying the issue of policy in order to be safe from 50 lakh of cover. because the policy holder can get infected from covid 19 and if death occurs, then the 50lakh need not be paid.

The company is blocking my premium amount and not issuing policy, now after pandemic is over, and if I survive, then they will issue me a backdated policy.

Meanwhile, my emails are not being answered, and phones are not responded.

Dear All this is Chandrasekhar Panda & I am a customer of ICICI Prudential from 2016 onward. As a customer I will never recommended anybody to take this plan. I have taken Wealth Builder II Plan in the year 2016. My Fund Name was Maximiser V & Income Fund & as on now I have invested Rs 400000.00 lac towards premium but now my Fund value is less than the invested amount.

Before taking policy the agents has not told to me about the market risk or how to switch the fund and about the fund allocation charges which is high among all ULIPS or other company policy.

So many times I have visited to the nearest ICICI Branch or prudential office from where I have taken the policy but neither they have suggested to switch the fund or not they have suggested how my fund value will increase.

So many communications I have made through mail and phone calls to customer care but no satisfactory results they are telling that as per your interest you have to switch the fund and we cannot guide you.

I have visited the prudential office and they are telling that don't switch the fund and your plan is good & you will see return after completion of 05 years of your policy paying term.

I have done mistake to invest in ICICI Prudential so I will not recommended to anybody to take this plan.

I m a victim of acute kidney failure and HV gone through kidney transplant a month back, It's more than a month now I have submitted a claim for critical illness, and

they asked for the additional doc after 30 days, and Everytime when I call new associate was handling the case.. all game. No proactive actions are being taken.. all sleeping.. but when I just tried to purchase a product from their online site.. just filled some forms...same day I received unlimited calls from them but for the claim today I received a call after a month that too asking for additional doc.. they were unsure about how many days it's gonna take even after submitting the proposed doc..

I am investing 2 lacs per year. Invested 3 premiums. After 3.5 years the net worth is 5.5 lacs. The overall loss of 50k on my principal plus loss of interest. The policy was sold to me by fraud. The employee told me that she is investing in some fixed deposit of 9.75% growth. Same is the case with my other friend. once this Policy matures, I am done with ICICI.

I have taken ICICI Pru Smartkid Policy for my son in the year 2004. The original Sum Insured was Rs.125000. With the bonuses & guaranteed additions, it is now valued at Rs.186350. They are prompt in their service, with timely premium payment reminders, and regular update on policy value. On the whole I am happy with them.

I have a traditional policy which has life insurance as well as maturity. Got a lot of bonus and many added values.

This is also a good choice for life at risk and helps when they are in need. Please check your eligibility and right policy that suits your life need and better not to fall in trap with some bogos offers.
