This company is faurd they Have unprofessional staff and illiterate.
They abuse The Coustmer.
2 mahine se meri car inke yaha hai abhi tak repair nahi hui puchne pr gaali nikaalte ha.
Meri car ye log bolte hai repair nahi hui,
Meri car se Toll tex deduct hua hai. Chor company hai logo ki car rakh lete hai apne personal use k liye unko bolte hai abhi time lagega parts nahi mil rahe, jyada kuch bolo to gaali nikaalte hai

They are the best. My car stopped in the middle of the road at 2 AM. I called them at their number and their person was at my location within 15 mins. He serviced my car right at the road and I was ready to go in 15 mins. Really great service.
It was my first experience with Gaadifix and I liked their car servicing. It was convenient for me to get the service done at my home. Mechanics we're polite and experienced and I found the package satisfactory. Overall good! Also, the car parts were genuine and service was better and economical for me.

I would like to mark this site as unprofessional by all means.They are seriously umprofessional in their approach which can cause unconvienence to the customers. As far as customer satisfaction is concerned they lag badly in that term unfortunately.Ther are not at all informative as they do not show much interest in satisfying the customers and providing them with correct information. Adding on to that they do not show the exact and accurate bills which may appears as a fraud sometimes.Moreover I don't think they have much interest in satisfying customers needs which can tag them as umprofessionals.
I am really happy the way my has been serviced. I think they can start the concept of instant servicing. I called them at 10.30 in the morning and 1.30 pm my car was ready, all serviced. Their mechanic came with all the parts and tools, explained me what he is going to do and did the service at my home. I highly recommend Gaadifix to all my friends and to those who are thinking to avail their services. Good job Gaadifix!
Some users found copied content material on website that was taken from another website. Read a post on Facebook about Gaadifix.com that this website had copied content from another website checked it and found that same content on another website. On Gaadifix.com Information depth is somehow 40% of your needs. Also customer service response time is too slow that shouldn't be. Every time when I opened this website it asks for location access that is really irritating for me and many of you. website is a Bengaluru based team of motorbike and car lovers also they get you immediate help in case of emergency on road. They have a branch office at Hyderabad, phone number is also updated on their website. Some users found copied content material on website that was taken from another website.
I hired the services of Gaadifix.com once in this year April and I found that the company is not much trustworthy.
I call the company when my car needed servicing and they told me they will send their mechanic within two hours.
But he came after five hours and offered some lame excuses for the delay. Once the repairing done and got the bill it more than I expected but had to pay it since the job was done.
I don't know where those extra charges came from but it definitely not trustworthy. I contacted the support but they put the onus on me and told me that I should have been careful while dealing with the mechanic. They couldn't do anything about it.
Now the website design was very low level and need to upgrade their layout.
The loading of the site was fast enough and navigation was user friendly.
There was enough information available but would have been better if they add some more content especially about their business operations.
This is the worst website I have ever come upon. This website doesn't provide details about the car in length. It just givs the overview of cars and not a detailed decsription of it.
Very badly arranged layouts of the website.
You coudnt find easily what you are looking for.
Car details are not worthy here. You can find results on other websites.
Contents about the car is not satisfactory and this website is not at all user friendly.
It also takes much time to load the page as if it is gathering data from some sort of huge database.
So in one sentence I would say -
Good for nothing.
Gaadifix Pls first fix yourself. As a customer you will only loose some of your original parts of vehicle and get awarded with extra charge.
You won't find complete bill. Don't go through there playstore app. Since you get that they have mostly rated themselves.
They don't send there worker at the proper time. You need to wait for them. Bill will be always 10% extra what you assume.
There app is fine it work fine but whats the use when you don't get the service you expect.
They seriously lag customer satisfaction.
Their respond are also slow.
They don't try to help the customer much.
They don't show proper information.
They don't show the exact and accurate bills.
They don't work properly even after handsome amount of Payment.
Their is certain lag of interest in satisfying customer.
Unprofessional site.
This is one of best worst service I have ever experienced .
I think there is no difference in local garage and gaadifix.com even I find local garage is much much better.
Guys they given me worst service even paying payment in advance of two days .
Guys they don't even update the schedule of mechanic and they don't give proper bill of total amount, they are actually less interested in giving proper bill to the customer .
Guys if you think you will feel free after payment in advance then you wrong infact you have to run behind them just to get service .
Guys I will suggest its better to try another service than this Gaadifix.com
