Funbets.com is a rather unique site. I've been playing on Funbets for a couple of years now. As game sites go it's the best I've found. Some brain activity will be needed for you to suceed on Funbets but it doesn't take long to pick up on the nuances of the game.

Set up like a stock market, Funbets allows you to trade in everything from Live Sporting Events to Politics to CBS Survivor.

Less information is needed about yourself than is the case on this site. It cost's nothing to play and can be very addictive. And the occasional check in the mail is nice as well.

I've been playing on this site for about two years. Yes, they do pay ''real'' money, but you don't really play for the money. Like the others have said, FunBets gives you $1M ''funny money'' called funbucks. Well, you gamble or trade on sporting events, stock markets, entertainment. Funbets.com pays out $1,000 cash to the top ranking players each month, but your total does accrue and a decent player makes about $25 every 3-6 months.

There is a community board, most players are extremely helpful and friendly and it's a lot of fun. If you like to gamble and don't want to risk ''real'' money, give this site a try -- LOTS OF FUN!!!!!!!!!!

There are even links on the home page, not affiliated with funbets, but players have written these sites to help new players learn how to ''play the game.'' It will challenge your brain :) and if you already know anything about trading, it will be a breeze.

I just love this site, and I'm totally addicted. The best part is its free. I found the site a couple years ago by accident. I was surfing around the web looking for football pools when stumbled on this site. It's mock money, and you can bet on just about every possible sport, including wallstreet events. There are even entertainment events such as betting on which movie is going to be the weeks highest grossing film. I prefer the nhl and nba games myself. I get more kick watching a game knowing I've got 50,000 funbucks riding on them!! LOL!

Not only does the site keep my gambling bug in check, Ive found that it has alot of cool and helpful players. The site has an internal message system built in so players can send tips back and fourth.

I have forgotten to mention that the site also pays out real cash. Not alot, but any free money is good right???
