True review after two box experience.
First of all I would like to say don't buy any subscription of the flintobox as they use cheap material for each activity box which is not at all worth the money you pay.
Also the box is only and only useful if you have time to play it with your children.
My Story:
I've ordered 3 months subscription starting June 2018 where in I got the first flintobox after 10 days of order where I was a little satisfied with the delivery but the material used on games is not upto the mark. Children with 2+ years of age can easily break it.
Now the problem started after the the delivery of first flintobox in which one game was missing to my surprise and they had shipped it after my request that this is missing, here are the points I faced.
No intimation of the shipment of 2nd flintobox.
I've made a successful referral in between where I emailed the team and send them the proofs as well, where in there was no reply from them.
Already half month passed for July and still there is no update on my flintobox delivery, when I open my account I see that the flintobox has reached my city and has be laying at the delivery center for 10 days and no one from the either of the companies have followed up on the same.
I give a call to the customer care team, saying that why there is no status update to which they say they have changed courier partner and blah blah and they don't deliver to my area now.
I make complaints and then they ship and new flintobox to me with the old courier company which gets delivered to me around 23rd of july.
Now its already august 7th today also there is no update about the delivery of my 3rd flintobox and when I track the order again I see the box laying at the courier company since last 5 days, neither of the parties are interested in the follow up for the same. Again the flintobox guys have same excuse.
In between still there is no update on the referral box which they promise as per their webiste as till today i've not received any updates on the same despite emailing them 3-4 times. To which i've given up now as they fail to deliver the paid flintobox on time so there is no question of giving away the free ones.
So guys please invest your money wisely because this company doesn't care for their customers.
