These guys are awesome!  The fan on my Sony Vaio laptop stopped working.  I took the laptop to have it fixed on a Tuesday and I picked it up on Friday that same week!  Whereas when I contacted with the company people directly it was going to take 2-6 weeks.  I'm so happy with the service I received. They called me when my laptop was ready to pick up and they even gave me back the old fan without my asking for it.

I thought that was a nice touch. They don't sell computers so you know you won't face any pressure to buy a new computer unless it's really the best or only option for you.  The 5 stars are definitely warranted for this business.  You will not be disappointed with them.

Their rates are totally reasonable and in line (if not less a penny) with half a dozen other computer repair places I called around town before I decided on ETECHIES.IN - THE BEST AND AFFORDABLE SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR ALLYOUR TECHI NEEDS.

I have bought Acer laptop 2 years ago. After 1 year, I need to purchase new battery and new charger. Then after few months my laptop shuts down automatically, later I discovered that its fan was not working properly which resulted in heating up the laptop.

I have heard about the Etechies company that they provide onsite service for the laptops. Then I placed a request for an on-site service by Etechies. I was really surprised that they came to my house on the same day to pick up my laptop, I haven't seen this kind of service being provided by any company. The approach of the engineer was very professional and was very knowledgeable.

They returned by laptop within 2 days at my door step. I was amazed with the services that they have provided to me. It really helped me a lot with my busy schedule that someone takes up your pain of getting your computer fixed at a reasonable cost.

I would highly recommend to all my friends and family to use their services.

Our company is using a long time Etechies service like computer laptop scanner printer etc  AMC services to etechies.com and I realized they gave very good service to us.

Theirs support engineers are always on alert to solve our problem irrelevant of software or hardware on time.

Etechies service is too good and their remote engineers and others engineers resolve all the issues in a min time, so that our company is happy with their good and excellent service.

Tikcet id 124937. Though they take much more than the normal Hardware guy the work is good. Even after delivery the SW guy can get into your laptop sitting anywhere if you have broadband and do everything for u. They won't have to guide you over phone they can see it for them-self. I thought it was very user friendly. Yah there is a question of your privacy being invaded. That you have to weigh it for yourself.

I am Mohan M R and living in Bangalore. I am using HP Pavillion since the last 7 years and having some sever problem respect to software and hardware for last few years.

I normally get this done from local vendor and the problem had never been rectified till last week. I was complete upset and not given to anyone last few months.

Finally, I came to know e techies through Google and registered about my Home Computer issue and within a few mint got the call from e techies customer supports. e-techies has arrange the service call with their local engineer in Bangalore (Sunday) and fixed my long pending PC issue/problem within few hours time. I am extremely satisfied the way they have handled the issue with completely high class professional manner.

I would like to make a point here, the communication to me in time to time with very transparent and well professional support. I never ever seen in my last 20 years of IT experience.

I am really appreciate Ms. Nidhi Saini, the way she explained about the issues and also her communication is too good time to time for the status of completion. And also your service engineer Mr.Deepak from Bangalore office too....

This is my honest feedback and I would like e-techies to take this forward in future.....

Worst service I have ever received in my life. First they trap customers by giving false claims and then they  take laptop as well as money and return the laptop later without repairing BUT DO NOT RETURN THE MONEY. We were told that they have maximum SLA of 7 days for any kind of repairs. But even after 15 days, we received no status update. The laptop was returned to us after 15 days'UNREPAIRED" and above all we were not refunded the 1200 rupees we gave earlier for the laptop repair.

They make fool of the customers. Their business is NOT to repair laptops rather their business is to collect money from the customers and take the laptop and return after'MORE than 7' days and not even r turn the money saying this money was used in TRAVELING(pick and drop). Total NONSENSE. Illiterate people are dealing with the customers.

This is really sick. This discourages us from recommending their company to any of our friends. STOP making such false claims when they call customers if they are incapable of providing services. Helpline people do not know how to speak to customers.

THIS was the first and last deal with their company which resulted in a LOSS of 1200 rupees as well as 15 days loss(which I had to spend without laptop).

PATHETIC company, TERRIBLE service and corrupt employees.

Etechies are big cheaters, they will eat time and money, and simply cheat u. You wont come to know before n later need to regret. How people are trusting, no one is trying to eradicating Etechies fraud. Instead of paying to Etechies pay Rs.1500 money to some poor will give you satisfaction and will support for poor.

Few days back, I had given my laptop for service by knowing the issue. They charged 1500 rupees while collecting laptop. They removed chip from my laptop mother board and today they are saying that motherboard is needs to be replaced. I have note down all the parts which is reside in my laptop with my team members with video. While the person taking laptop from my place also we had a video.

I need to screw up Etechies. I had informed to all and I am waiting for their end reply and service. I am on the way to screw Etechies on the back ground work.  At any cost, I need to end-up the struggles of persons like me from Etechies, from today onward this is my motto.

Hi friends...

Be aware of Etechies, they are Tottaly fooling their customer by telling they have more than One lakh customer around India, They are Number one Computer service provider in India. Please don`t believe them, they are cheaters.

I Experienced their worst service on 10 September of 2013 I given My HP G4 Series laptop to change Mother board, Till 20th I called them regularly but I didn't get any response from them.

After visiting their service center they telling we have replace Mother board.

After two days they called and telling mother board will cost Rs.9010 only. But in market, the cost of mother board is Rs 7, 500 only. They are charging 25% more. In their  website they are telling they are not including any labor charges for replacement. then they are 25% more.

Please friend be aware of Etechies..........

I have never seen such a bad way of customer engagement, Etechies are basically an organization who eat up your money upfront so as they do not have to deal with explaining why later.

Point is it is fine if you take 1500Rs upfront to diagnose the problem but it has to be done in a timely manner so as the customer knows the issue and decide, no point in wasting customers precious time.

My experience was very bad and I will not recommend anyone to take service from Etechies.

I only had to do follow up, I only had to ask what is the issue, and I only had to follow up with them to get my system back un-repaired.

Still 3 weeks and the system is not returned. Such a bad service. With customers 1500Rs only I think they are surviving and have no expertise in doing chip level fixes.

Please do not take the service of Etechies.

I recently got cheated by Etechies Bangalore too for my Mac Book Pro. They took my laptop and a payment of Rs.3500 to diagnose and repair the problem of the screen going blank. They never reverted for a while and after our constant calling said the screen panel needs to be changed and they will replace it with the original one form Apple at Rs.16, 000. We trusted them (our mistake) and agreed.

The day they had to deliver it back they came up with a new problem of keyboard not working and the same had to be replaced for another huge amount. When I argued and said it was fine when I gave it to them and they better fix it, miraculously it started working again. But then the mike got spoiled. I simply asked them to send the laptop back with the screen repaired as I needed it urgently.

Luckily I got suspicious as the screen did not look new whatsoever and I told them I will get the same checked from Apple and then pay the balance amount. And guess what..the screen died again in a day! Also, they seemed to have opened and changed some parts as my keyboard side panel was replaced without us knowing or being charged. Strange! They are big cheats with a well-trained call center staff to fool people.

Please let me know if anyone is planning to file an FIR. I would like to do the same as these people have to be stopped from cheating others.

I was also cheated by the Etechies Pune branch.

Actually what happened is that, one day I shut down my laptop but from next day I was never able to start my laptop. I was at my home at that time in Varanasi so I went to a local vendor with the laptop he told me that there was some fault in the motherboard and it needed to be fixed. He told me it would cost me around. 1500-2000 Rs. and would take at the most a weeks time to get it repaired.

But I had my train back to Pune next day so I decided to get it repaired in Pune only. So I came here, called JustDial, and within minutes, I got a call from this Etechies.

On the phone they promised me that whatever maybe the issue how small or how big it will be repaired within rs 1360. So happily I gave them my laptop. Then I didn't hear back from them for a week. And they called after a few weeks and told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced and it will cost me 8000 Rs. but I refused and asked back for my laptop but after some discussion they made me to agree to get it fixed. But the real problem started from there.

After that I never heard back from them for weeks. No calls, no msg, no emails just nothing. Once I got fed-up I called them and they made some silly excuses. And assured me it will be repaired within the next 48 hours. And today it has been more than two months every-time I hear is a new excuse.

One day they called me telling me that everything is fine now. But my DVD writer doesn't work. I said I dont need it repaired just deliver me my laptop. So they assured me to deliver in 2 days it has been again a week. And have never heard back from them.

I'll never ever recommend this company to anyone. In-fact I'm looking forward to educate more and more people about this fraud company. Also I'm filing a complaint with the consumer forum.

Mind you guys. Ethechie is trying to manipulate its ratings with fake review. The company has 65% review with 1 star (the genuine ones) and 32% reviews with 5/4 stars (paid fake reviews).. All these 5/4 star reviews are paid reviews by the company to increase their ratings. These guys have absolutely no ethics and will do anything to sell.. I can bet my money that this company will close down within 3 years thanks to the service they offer

The moment you call just dial for Laptop repair services, you'll immediately get a call from the Etechies team. I did not call them.. They called me .. Wow how pro active.. I had a very specific request which I had insisted on the call with the sales rep. I specifically told him that I am flying abroad on Saturday and I need my Laptop back by Friday ..  I told him if he cannot deliver by Friday then  NOT to take the laptop... he promised it will be returned on Friday... Even when the called Engineer came to pick up the Laptop, I reinstated my request that if they cannot deliver by Friday then do not pick up the laptop.. the sales called up again and promised that it will be delivered by Friday.. On Friday morning (three days later or 72 hours later) when I called back theircustomer care rep told that I will get a call from an Engineer in an hour..  Two hours later no call from anyone.. I called back again to some other customer care rep.. who again promised that I'll receive a call from an Engineer. Two hours later still no call.. By now I began to realize that your entire call center team has been well trained to lie and get the customer off the call.. No one gives a damn what the customer wants they just want to the end the call somehow.. when the customer will call back again he will be someone else headace.. Amazing strategy that these guys use..

I again called 2 hours later .. This time I insisted I want to talk to the customer care rep's  supervisor.. He tried all the tricks in the book to put me off the call... But I insisted and hung on.. the bugger kept me on hold for more than 10 mins and finally said he's connecting me to his supervisor.. Some guy came on the call claiming to be the floor supervisor .. (now I believe he was just another rep acting as a supervisor) Mr Supervisor promised and then guaranteed that i'll get a call from the engg within 3 hours ..Well as expected no one called. By now I have given hope.. I realized no point calling anyone at you friendly call center.. they are just here to get the customer off the call.. Well Friday is over and I still dont have my Laptop.. Tomorrow i'll be flying abroad and without my Laptop.. This is one of the best treatment I ever got from any company.. These guys have very highly trained liars attending calls and calling to get customers .. May be they should have invested more on Engineers than a bunch of call center execs who have no clue on what they are doing..

I am now looking at the possibility of filing a case against them at the consumer forum.. May be then an Engineer will call back...

Motorola Atrix2.  It went bad while I was flashing the ROM.I called them up, they said, yes it will be done , total cost will be Rs 1100/- I booked the service.

Next day they called me for address so that they can come and pick it up, at that time that person said it will be 1500.

Ok, I said yesterday it was 1100, then he said, ok sir, we will give you discount. I gave them the device.

I have got no update about my phone repair status even after 2 weeks, but when I tracked the repair update in website, it said COST DENIED. Nobody even contacted me, then who denied the cost.. Now when I contacted customer care, they said that Power chip and screen are faulty. Being in the same repair industry, I very well know that flashing has nothing related to the screen. So now my conclusion is that these people are not able to repair it, so being desperate, they are trying to replace my screen with a faulty one to compensate their efforts.

I will be expecting a ridiculous quote for the repair now, which, In context of phone value will be on very much higher side. I never expected this kind of service, otherwise I could have tried it with some local repair centers. My bad.

There is absolutely no connection between tech team and customer care . Customer care just promises things and they never deliver things . I had a huge delay in delivering stuffs to you . They over charge for components , compared to online charges. They need to improve a lot.

After lot of calls I got my laptop . But I do not see much change in here apart from the software updates. They have a good team , but there is no coordination . Probably a good management who would shake it up a bit would make them a good service .

For now, it's definitely average .

Don't buy in to the customer care who appear to know everything under the sun and super experienced in dealing any jack of a problem with your beloved computing machine. They have set up this super crm system who will keep updating you every now and then.

Don't fall for the tide..because as they say when its gone..you'd know who was swimming naked.  Naked they are...but most importantly they are cheaters. They take huge money from you for general repair and you expect that the effective ness and efficiency of the machine is restored by paying such a huhe servicw charge.

But very soon you'd get a call to replace a laundry list of hardware which will cost you a bomb. And then when your laptop is returned, god help you that you get it how it was before. So, the sage says don't fall for the act.

You Etechies rascals... you have cheated me of my money... Why the hell did you remove a chip from my laptop's motherboard? You were going to charge me for the whole motherboard by just changing the chip? You

cheaters.. you will never prosper.. You have looted my hard- earned money..

Sony service centre has showed me that you have removed the chip from my motherboard... you f@#$%^... I will make sure you do not do business with any of my friends.

They are collecting whole money at initially time. But treating the customer like Beggar. I gave 500 GB External HARD DISK for data recovery after crash. But they took 2 week times and gave to me with filled unrelated data (dummy data) for 400 GB and said we recovered  400 GB datas and collected sign. when I came back to home and after verify, I realized they are cheated me.

I called them many times, but NO Response. I went directly to office, they answered we tried our best and those are your details only.

eTechies Service Persons are Liars, Very careless people. We are not sure our product 100% get back, once if we give to them. Do not Believe them. They are Professional Cheaters.

I Hope I could Dislike your page on Facebook. I am generally not so spiteful but Etechies has just CHEATED me.

My Laptop was heating up and shutting down regularly. So I gave my Laptop to these guys and they said they have to replace the BGA Chip for DELL VOSTRO Laptop which cost 4265 also they changed my DVD WRiter

which was 1200.

In all I paid these guys about 7500 rs for the above and one time service charges which I think is about 1500. Also they had installed a Antivirus Software, Added Winzip, Adobe

Software. They had split my Memory Drives in Two.

After a couple of days of recv my Laptop, I started getting a message which says " your computer is low on Memory." So I called eTechies and told them .. I keep getting these prompts frequently and asked them what is wrong with the system.

They told as it was a One time Service they would not help me out with this and I would have to pay another 1500 to get help. I requested them saying that this problem has occurred only after they have serviced the system, created two drives, etc..

But NO. the service agent said he would not help. He promised me a call back from the superior in this regard and post then I have not received any call. AFTER PAYING 7500 I do not appreciate this kind of service. I am not asking you to install softwares, or attend to some Hardware Issues.

Recently my Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop needed repair. One fine day I found that it started failing to Boot (BOOTMGR is missing). And no matter how much I tried to use 'google' to find solutions I could not fix it on my own. It was clear I needed professional support at that point of time.

I contact eTechies and was told that they have two plans one for 1500 and another 3500 where they give support for one year.

Fortunately I opted for 1500 plan. I kept most of my communication with them in email to avoid any confusion later. I asked them to 1. fix my Laptop, 2. format the C drive, 3. install an antivirus and 4. fix 'CTRL' key on Laptop.

First of all they came to fix it at 10 p.m. in the night where they had to come in noon. And that too after I wrote email to them that I would get my laptop repaired elsewhere. They did not want to loose the money so the person came to fix half an after I dropped email.

And then they just resolved 3 out of 4 issues of mine. They just fixed the Boot problem and nothing else. That is the reason I am not going to recommend this service to anyone.

Throw the same amount of money to some local Laptop repair center and get better service without any headaches.

Ok, so everything goes fine till the delivery of your laptop. Very good english speaking engineers and call centre executives. great! Problems starts after delivery.

To impress you, they install an icon on the desktop which says instant etechies support! Wah my local laptop repair wala should also learn these impressive skills. U are fooled into thinking that like your friendly local guy, even etechies will help post delivery, if any issue crops up.

But now u are in for a rude shock! All this was only applicable for 7days. ... any issue on the 8th day, pay service charge and only then they take a remote login through the "INSTANT SUPPORT" icon and help you or else live with the problem.

It could be something wrongly done during repair but U PAY IF IT IS POST 7DAY. From etechies, you are shunned and thrown away like garbage!
