I feel this review is:
Purchased DSC for 2 years validity. I received the USB token and stuck with downloading the certificate
a) USB Token: There was no instruction to find out what is the default password. No email send instructing how to download certificate. eMudhra site did not have any instructions around this. Had to good, watch youtube to find the default password for the token
b) Last 3 days struggling to download the certifcate and it keeps failing. No support from their side. Everytime I call they give me standard instructions(and youtube videos) which is not working( and that;s the reason I;m calling them)
So far no luck.

Please don't go with E Mudhdra. This company has the worst customer service. They don't have proper CRM team. They will call you when only they require or have their time. Issue will not be resolved in time. Also they don't bother to respond even if you book call book. TAT is worst. E-mudhra is really wastage of time and money, beside using old types of software for video verification.
My DSC application I'd 17720346 applied 10 days ago .but yet no suport from customer care .my video recording is not succesful .I call several time but not help by e mudra .I applied if you are not prepare my DSC my paid amount return .but company not return my money not prepare DSC. .my experience is very bad ??.and suggest all of you don't apply DSC through emudra

No one solves problem, there is no proper conservation on call. Overall very very bad experience. I am suffering last 2 days but no one can solve my problem.
This certifying authority is hopeless for making DSC, no my-baap of this company. Customer Care is working as 0/0. No support,
I ordered a DSC from E-Mudhra on 24th and since they claim that the DSC gets delivered in 1 business days but a week later when I contacted their support (which do not get connected easily) 2-3 times at that point I got the consignment details but when I checked they sent my DSC to a city which is no where near to where I live and where I ordered that DSC after almost 15 days when I asked for escalation I got a called from Ms Ramitha where she assured me they she will make sure that my DSC is re-dispatched then after 2 days when I emailed them I got another consignment details which was sent to correct address but the details (phone number and name) that they gave to courier were not mine and when I asked for a callback from Ms Ramitha she spoke as if everything was my mistake and later gave me an option to purchase a dsc locally and they will refund it now I again have to call them to and from for the my hard earned money...BUNCH OF LOSERS WORK IN THIS COMPANY.

Worst services , after taking money online, if we call support phone to download for certificate assitetance there is no response from e mudhra, worst cheating sales team , never do business with emudhra
E Mudhra's services were a complete letdown—promised a refund for an incorrect 3-year DSC purchase but failed to deliver. Got stuck with an expensive, incompatible combo certificate, resulting in government portal penalties. Despite seeking help from their IT person, the issue remained unresolved. Purchased a return DSC through my CA with initial refund promises, but E Mudhra later denied responsibility. A highly unattractive experience; I strongly advise against buying anything from E Mudhra.

I have been their customer since last many years. My DSC was about to expired in the first week of May but they started following up to renew one month before expiry. Now comes to their fraud commitments that if I renew my DSC before it’s expiry, it’s validity will remained continue from expiry of my existing DSC, this was a big lie. They offered Amazon gift voucher, one year Adhaar based esign and many more for worth Rs. 3900/-. I have renewed my DSC for 3 years but all those free babies were false commitments. I have sent various reminders even their operational head Mr. Ashwin K but no response from these shameless people. Called their customer care trying multiple time, able to talk one person named Gautam. He promised me that he will look into it personally and will call back with 24 hrs but again false commitments. It’s been almost 15 days passed but he never call back me neither got any response from them confirming those items promised to give as promotions. They are big cheaters. I was not expected this kind of fraud from EMudhra. Will Never renew my DSC with them in future. Be carefully about their fake promise. They are shameless team.
I was renewing my DSC on emudra on 30/12/2022 when one of there associate Kalpana R. called me & offered me 15% discount to renew it through her link. After renewal they emailed me Invoice which doesn't have GST no on it. I have followed up on her Mobile no, Text message and email. She responded me on email on 3/01/2023 and I confirmed my GST No again but after that no reply is received till today.

I have been using emudhra DSC for many years and for many different things. I always get the service and support from the team as I expect and in a timely manner. These are left on my porch. If I've ever had an issue, customer service was friendly and professional.
I wanted Digital certificate within an hour as wanted to sign a contract and was very crucial, i got connected to one of the executive in emudhra and he helped to get the dsc and completed my kyc within no time. Hats off to emudhra team who made our lives easier.
I would recommend emudhra service to all who are willing to apply for digital signature. Their service is excellent.
