Charge Credit card for Failed tranc. & no-return

I trying to book a bus ticket online and after I submit all the information I got a error message and I got message saying my transaction failed. I didn't ticket number by mail also.


But my credit card is charged, I called them up and asked they agreed that my credit card was charged for uncomplete transaction. but I didn't get my money since 15 months:(


So far minmum called 25 times. Mailed 15 times no action.


Keept away from this guy.fraud fraud fraud.

Beware of customerneedz fraud. There is no refund process and some bus tickets are fake on their site to lure customers. Tickets are not booked and money deducted from A/C, .this money will never be refunded to you, .also CCAvenue is of no use for any refunds.


I have been a victim to all this, .and want other people not to go through all this cheating.Customerneedz.com is a fraud company.Don't be fooled by CCAvenue security published. Its only to fool people. When your money is drowned and you ask CCAvenue for refund, they will copy paste already composed matter "Kindly note that, We, CCAvenue are an online payment gateway service provider for number of websites.


We only deal in online modes of payments through all Major International Credit Cards and Indian Debit Cards / Net Banking options.For any details regarding the order/ services, we suggest you to get in touch with your merchant by email at: info@customerneedz.com" So, be careful and don't become a victim to all this fraud being run.

Dont book tickets through customerneedz.com

I was using customerneedz.com, but was not using for few months now.  Yesterday I booked ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore, everything went fine and amount also got deducted from my account but I got message stating that your ticket is not reserved please try again.  I tried to call to the numbers they have provided on the site, but unfortunately none of them work.


I have also sent them mail, but they never replied back. Please be careful before booking tickets through this site. I have lost Rs. 730, but it could have been more if I have booked more than ticket or return ticket also.  You’re able to call to the land line number or any of the associate’s numbers but none of them will answer your call. This type of websites should be banned charged with criminal case to the owner of customerneedz.com

Daylight looting,when better options available

Fed up with this portal, because of their looting under the name of premium on weekends..

finally, you end up paying extra premium charge to customerneedz, unless you travel in weekdays that often..

I strongly disagree with "Discount/Premium" feature., from Customer needz.


the premium option is like "booking agents are looting in weekends, to prevent that, customerneedz will loot you"..


and the compensation as said - "discount will be offered on weekdays"... but the fact remains, 90% of ppl travel only on weekends..


i travel one in ten times on weekdays..


i ended up twice paying extra 250 rs for a round-trip..


From now on, customerneedz will be my last choice and I suggest all my circle., because of this bad feature..


with rising portals like redbus and vendors-owned portals, I think customerneedz should rethink about this option..

One of my friends informed about this site (customerneedz.com), in which we can book online tickets to any place. So I login to this site and booked a ticket. The actual fare is Rs. 340/- for Sleeper. But through this site they are looting Rs.600/-, double of actual fare!!!!! And also the interesting thing is that this excess amount is taken by the site owners-customerneedz not the tour operators!!!


Be care in  doing internet transaction through this site. Some times our cash will debit from our bank account but we can't get ticket. Then we have to call the Cutomer care saying all the details from A-Z and they enable us to print tickets.....!!!!!!


But one thing -  their Service is Excellent!!!!


On festival occasions some travel agencies also cheating the passengers like this. Almost double of the actual fare are looting from passengers.


How can we stop this type of nastiness to us?  Does any Authority source exist to take action against these?

Yet another site for bus ticket booking

I got to know about this website from one of 1000 fwd mails I get.


And yet another site to book tickets for private buses.For people who


are irritated with useless online booking systems like KPN,any site


would take some time to gain confidence.I tried to check this site and


found to be a dull site.It was very amateur design.But on the other side


the system was very easy to use and was able to book tickets fast.


But one thing I dont understand is they have given 200 odd cities


but many cities the tickets are either not available or service not there.


Nevertheless it is a good initiative which if sustained,would be good for all.


They are coming out with lot of promises and one have to wait and see how it works.Also one more promise is to provide return tickets.Being a frequent bus traveller I know the pain of getting the tickets and more over getting the same seat as in the ticket while travelling.So they need to assure the customer of this commitments,

One of my friend forwarded about http://www.customerneedz.com . I booked my tickets to coimbatore for diwali using this website.


To my surprise they have not charged any extra amount. I couldn't believe. Bcos whenever I book my diwali tickets, the agents charges extra money. Also the E-Ticket printout is the good way , we can book the tickets from our desktop. It had all information about all pickup points and timings.


I was about to miss the bus due the hosur road traffic. I just called the phone number given in the ticket whether they can help me. The customer care was amazing. They informed transporter and helped me to catch my coimbatore bus. Good customer care.


Now the return tickets are available for chennai and hydrabad. It would be good if they extend their return tickets to coimbatore and other tickets which they promised in their website.


Great work guys. Keep it up.

Web site for bus traveling

It was surprising to notice a website for Bus travellers suddenly.


The web site was looking very ordinary & I booked the ticket for my deepavalitraveling as there is no other ticket available.I travelled from chennai to Bangalore & there was a good customer support from the travel company. Great! looking for the return ticket facility too.


I have also noted that the site is started by an IIMB alumni & When I called the back up support, they were very much user friendly.They need to add more busses, so that the customer will get more choice.the ticket had the number of a person called vishu and he was very supportve to me in geeting the exact location for the Customer to board the bus. May be all this traveling in the Q and felt like cheated by the agent comes to a final close . I was bit surprised by the name Customer needz.


Are they planning to get in to more varities of services. that was a big surprise for me & waiting to get more information about this company.
