I got a call from car24 to inspect my car for free. But their executive give will scam and convince you to buy their plan of 299 so you can save 1299 in future. Their quote is unreasonable and very less. My car is running 3200 and 7 month old and they are giving me 68 percent value. Pathetic.

Simple all paid reviews, just as cheaters. Sold me bad innova on high prices and many fault. Laps six months warranty on phone Or mails. Afer that paying all regular emi called my sis to pay emi. All are stupid or purposely Harassing customers... Don't buy it buy don't take loan from them. Its my humle request ??????

Please don't fall for the trap - they fleece you of what they can until you find out what they are upto ... got a unsolicited call offering to sell my car - one guy came to inspect and then collected 350 Rs saying all false things .... not an iota of professionalism in the way they trap the customer ... the intent is so obvious when you realise ...sad that such companies get away cheating so many people . Reminded of the Byju s Scam - they finally come down to cheap tricks to sustain themselves... the guy who came to inspect told that within half an hour I would get a great price - and the price that he quoted was 30 % less than what I found anywhere ! My first response on seeing the price was " are you kidding me " ! Felt Stupid and Cheated ... I had doubted their genuinity the way they speak... too good to be true... the promises ..and finally after paying the amount- my fears were confirmed....
Dear friends pls dont trust cars24, i have bad experience with them. I hv jeep compass 2022 topend manual which is done PPF on delivery time. Which is maintained very well. But its inspected on paying 149/-. I got call aftr 2hrs of inspection saying ur vechile is fully scrathes and dashboard is broken.. I was shcoked listening to it, engine sounds, and started barging to tell my price where they offered 13lacs. As on tdy its driven 40k. Literally i got know we cant trust them..
Finally pls be carefull with them.

It was the worst experience to buy car from cars 24, I bought Hyundai EON then I faced around 22000 rs maintenance in car within the month, first they assured me that they bear this kind of expenses before I purchased, but then they deny, they said it is not in our warranty period and etc, it was a nightmare for me, I never ever again' purchase from cars 24 and never recommend anyone to buy from them ??????

First given me my i10 Yr 2014 Rate 260000. Then after inspection my car company given 60000 rate. Scrap rate given. So Car24 company is totaly Untrusted, Unreliable, Unfaithful company. So I advice you all do not buy sell from this company.

I have raised a concern regarding mileage of my recently delivered vehicle. Although mileage is not covered under warranty, Cars24 has sent a technician to check my vehicle condition. Santosh Dakare has promptly attended my complaint, he is very professional and attended the complaint on time. He promptly checked the vehicle condition, drove it, and concluded that there is no issue. I'm satisfied with the services of the technician.

I sold city honda on cars 24 at 386000 and it's been more than 1 month and I have still not received the entire amount. No body is answering the phone. It's very disappointing experience. Never buy or sell from cars 24

When you guys come out with a promise for the sake of the people, then why don't you call me in the direct company. Why do we have to go to another address for interview? Why are we asked for money and for what amount of security, which will be permanent and you people will come out new? Don't know how many such people are being made mad like this. Such people are the question of not getting jobs and you people are doing this.?

Is Cars24 got shutdownn and banned in India? I have not received my Rs 20,000 as refund from Cars24 for the last 2 months and there is no reply from Cars24 as well. Cars24 company got banned for doing frauds with people?

Yes, you refunded Rs 14,000 out of Rs 20,000 even after mental torture of 2 months and deducted Rs 6,000 as a service charge without any reason as I didn''t do any deal with you. It was my very bad decision to go to deal with Cars24 as I face a loss of Rs 6,000 with no valid reason. And also I suffered mental torture of 2 months, so I don''t recommend your services to anyone.
