My experience is very bad....there are plenty of fraudsters in BM as premium members , posing as widow or widowers, with fake photos , just in the lookout to extract money.I even lodged a complaint against one of the profiles .Although the profile had been deleted but after somedays I see the same guy as a premium member of BM..It is a very unsafe platform....

Profile nos. G1744483, G1744488 & G1744678 seems to carry the same picture. But with different names, ages and height! Even the qualification is stated as Bachelors in two and Masters in third profile.
Be careful folks! Don't get cheated! Dont let someone play with your life or children's lives.
Just after creating a paid profile of INR 6, 000 , I started getting repeated calls from their 'relationship managers'. After politely refusing several times to approve their offer packages worth INR 60, 000, 40, 000 & 23, 000, they started acting rude over the phone. The tactics they use are substandard and the executives they employ lack the ability to manage counter questions. The entire website is a grand platform to extract money from caring families in the name of a sensitive subject like matrimonial alliance of their ward. They are sending profiles which have been clearly outside the preference set by me. When they call , they promise to send matching profiles (1-3 per week) on taking either of the above three packages. They also claim that the target of each executive is to successfully fix 4 marriages in one year. It makes one wonder whether they are talking about sales number or about a delicate topic like matrimony. The staffs who call are ill trained (would like to specify a name Ms.Priti Das) hence they try to patronise their customers , sometimes stating example of how partners are often selected from 'random' profiles sent by them! As a word of caution for people planning to make profile on this website, beware! As a word of advise , Bharat matrimony , please train executives handling Bengali Matrimony properly. Please teach them soft skills before you employ them. Cheap labour comes with cheap tactics!

This is a totally fraudulent team with marketing team pester with thousands of calls before you pay, after there will be relationship manager who will sweet talk for few days to hide their time so that you don't cancel. They will suggest dedicated services and usurp more money and this is abnormal like 20000rs etc instead of auto suggestions by the system this guys will assign the similar profiles that you would have gotten by simply paying 1000rs. Such a waste of time that none of the assigned partners will pick up your phone.
I lost money and time. Beware of the company. Total frauds with innumerable cases pending against them.
One of the worst service, all incomplete details .

I am paid customer at Bharath matrimony, worst matrimony site ever seen, worst customer support, no genuine people upload their profile. Maximum fake accounts. Till u make payment they will keep on call us, once payment done they don't even bother and all repeated profiles and not relevant at all. Totally bakwas.better to search in other matrimony...
I put my profile and one girl told she liked profile and agreed to marry.
After 1 month when I called her mother they are telling the girl has got engaged with some other guy .
They wasted our almost 3 months time.
Don't believe anyone girls in this.
Many other girls sent request to me and when I called them they tell they are not interested.
Then why to send request if not interested.
They are just playing games with boys.
Customer service is very poor.I asked them fro inter cast type.Cheated me by telling this is the right choice and a paid a huge amount.After getting the money paid.they never called me.But before that call will come daily for payment.This is a fraud service. Dont believe this.After payment call from inter cast matrimony came.They started asking for payment.This is a true feedback.If we ask for any help they will behave very rudely.
These ppl don't have customers so now they target other servicing companies like garments, jewelry etc saying they want to tie-up and that they will provide customers n they take registeration fees about 5000 n once they are paid they will neither respond to your call nor refund the amount ?? mr rajeev their employ who assured is not responding to call he is a big fraud. He is from indiranagar branch Bangalore.
Its been long time i had registered myself on Bharat matrimony and in month of February i had bought the package too for 3 months. Not even Bharat matrimony but other matrimonial sites too. But I am getting calls from customer service team everyday from Bharat Matrimony even after requesting all the time not to disturb me again and again. Today also I received a call but the lady who had called me was such an unprofessional, which is not expected from such a big name. Due to such behaviour i am deactivating my account and due to such rude behaviour & disturbing attitude of Bharat matrimony, i wont suggest anyone to ahead with this Matrimony site.

It's a good matrimonial website. Only problem is that it does not have as many profiles as jeevansaathi or shaadi.com
One thing is very good here that name of the member is available. Remaining things are almost same as other websites.
They should work on marketing of this website in a better way so that more people visit the website.
I paid for 3 months. When I pay they said you can use unlimited message and chats. But after 2 months of usage, they are telling like you have crossed your messaging limitation. You can’t message any more. I don’t know why they are giving wrong commitments while subscribing and getting customers. My personal opinion is don’t use this application. They are cheating people’s.
Assisted matrimony people suck, they send interest on behalf of their client without even checking with the client.
And after that they forget to whom they send interest and on behalf of whom....
It is such a waste of time if you are sincerely looking at the profiles received by them.

We received the interest from Mr.Mukunthan kumar id no. M6695805 for my sister in the month of January 2020. He spoke with the family and chat with bride for more than three months. He invited the bride family to coimbatore and asked dowri of 40 soverigns of gold, silver articles, full expenses of marriage and engagement. he is not ready share any expenses. Eventhough the family level not satisfied, we accepted the proposal and fixed engagement for the only purpose of bride who spoke with him three months. Later he stopped the marriage and he intimating that he was not liked bride. His sister blackmailing when the bride family questions about this. He is utilizing this matrimony service for collecting contact number of bride. Kindly take necessary action and block or else the bharath matrimony will lose the reputation and it will be considered as gateway of cheaters.
This is with regards to Assisted services of Bharat Matrimony where in I am dealing with a relationship manager Miss Linchu Thomas from Assisted services from Bharat Matrimony Kerala Office . In order to Fulfill their target and get promotion they make false promises to customer but once payment is made the relationship manager neither call the customer nor they returns customer calls . I would recommend general public not to become to such false called like Linchu Thomas from Bharat matrimony cause they do not have any experience in handling customers and meeting the expectations of the customer . Rather opt for normal service and not to fall prey to such services like Assisted services which is actually a medium of making money by fooling customers.

I was contacted by one of the employees palguna.reddy@assistedmatrimony.com for assisted matrimony service in December 2018. He said he will refund money($XXX) if I am not satisfied with the services. And also, he requested to take elite matrimony that would allow him to access more profiles and also, he confirmed that that is a refundable money($XXX) will be refunded by 31st January 2019. After I paid money, he said he got into an accident and he took leave for 2 months and he did not provide any services.
He said, he is in hospital and he will work on the refund once he is back from hospital. From that day onward he keeps saying you will get refund this month, next month like that and he delayed too long with excuses.
I really don't understand on what basis the profiles are recommended in BM. The age filter is set from x to y and I am getting recommendations for age z which is greater than x and y. Horrible! And new suggestions are not even showing in the app. It asks to broaden the preferences but whatever we do, it shows the same thing. All this being a paid member. For payment these AHs will call multiple times a day but once paid, they are completely ignoring any requests.
When asked about this horrendous recommendation process, they ask to shortlist the recommended profiles so they can show new profiles afterwards. I mean, why the heck will I shortlist profiles that I don't like just to get newer suggestions? I feel my money is gone to trash. Only Solace is it was a 3 months package.
BM - Fix your goddamn application and attitude or I am not be recommending this to anyone.
Been a paid member of this portal for more than 5 years. They would ring me up too often to take their Assisted Matrimony( AM). This service is 100% cheating. I resisted taking it for the 3rd time having got no results after 2 previous AMs. Then I got an email stating that if I don't get results in 3 months time, they wud convert my plan to "Till U Marry" plan at no cost. As it was in email, I agreed. As before NOTHING happened; the Relationship Manager and even the Supervising Manager just refused to respond to my calls and emails. But the shameless people, when AM Plan was just getting over, they started contacting me for another AM! I refused; and demanded Till U Marry plan at no additional cost as promised. They refused; but at last, they told they wud give me Classic Membership and also progress the cases they left during my last AM. I agreed foolishly. Now, again no response from the Supervising Manager and no result at all. Totally unethical attitude. I now even suspect if the profiles are real? They are just taking advantage of our plight. BUT I would advice all NOT TO TAKE ASSISTED MATRIMONY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. That is 100% useless and waste of money, time and effort. Till date I have got no response from these people. .

It is totally waste of time and money
They will call you multiple times a day. They even question you on why are you not getting married and why cant you get the paid membership. Once a guy from Kannada matrimony called me and started speaking very rudely. When I said it my wish to opt for paid memebership or not, he started asking for my number, since the customer's number will not be displayed for them and he just wanted to abuse me offline since the call was getting recorded. He even started threatening.
This is not the only time I had an aweful experience with BT. Once a girl called and started questing why am I not serious about my marriage.
I mean who the hell are these idiots to question someone on their personal life? They just need to reach their targets thats it. These people should learn how to behave.
