We feel enrolling in this matrimony is just waste of time, money and energy. They are after us like mad till we pay and enrol, once it is done they least bother. There is no proper data in the biodata we get to see. Most of the fields of the biodata are hidden.

Commitment person commitment wrong , this person contact no company ur send. customer care service only speak ur complaint send me other officer ur contact 72 hours. ur not operate in mobile app service nahi to payment nahi milega, after 72 hours next 48 hours .only time pass .no contact any person.

I took 3 month Assisted prime Membership paying by 22, 000 rupees. later I realised that this is biggest scam and fake Platform in name of marriage sentiment. blady buggers they will fool the people in the name of No.1 Trusted matrimony site. sometimes they create fake profiles and send interest to us and chasing people to make paid member. once they became paid member they won’t responding our call, Avoiding our calls, even blocking our numbers.

They will firstly call you on daily basis and build a relationship with you to provide a profiles based on our interest and after paying money they suddenly disappeared neither they respond nor they will call you. I had a worst experience stop wasting your money and beware of scams that they are doing ..I really disappointed.
The matrimonial website has limited profiles and sweet talking staff till payment is received from the customer. Once the payment is made you will find they are not responsive. Therfore request people not to fall into prey of bharat Matrimony and loose your hard earned money further they have timer of 3months and your money vanishes in no time.
I have taken paid service for my cousin. After payment, I could not see the partners match profiles with photos as if I was availing free service. Against this, I have lodged 2 grievances on their call center and also sent mail for my grievances. But it's useless. No feedback
Worst matrimony sites don't go for it they are cheaters money making business
I have paid 2000to get extra proposals but they say this for additional calls when there are no proposals how can I make calls not ready to
I send request to two of the profiles and never get any revert so I started finding those two girls on the other social network sites such as fb, insta etc and it took me days to find them and once I found them on social media guess what, they have different names, living in different cities I talked to one of them she is a social media influencer has 1000’s of followers and she never made any account on Bharat Matrimony. So Yes they are running a scam by posting fake profiles. Taking pictures of good looking girls from other platforms and by changing their names and details making fool out of clients.
Don’t fall for their scam.
They will prank you for your money and disappear. Customer service is absent. Textbook case of a fraudster.
It shows fake profiles, not verified, you may get call from profile holders and they are talking filthy, vulgar language that too at night. Stay away. Kindly check 100 times before responding.
Dont waste your money on this platform. The customer support service is totally crap - you will keep going in loop. They claim to be part of a group of other matrimonial site and you will see profiles for it, but when you select it takes you to the other platform and asks to pay again on that site. Not enough users as well - its s total sham this site. 1 star enough is too high for this.
This is a real fraud app…never ever hire a manager they do nothing and will blame you specially shabana relationship manager she is a total fraud
Bharat Matrimony is a fraud Company, they just charge money from customer and doesn’t provide service. Old profiles are shown and are not refreshed on regular basis. They will call u until u are trapped and after that they don’t ever bother and don’t even pick up call and even if I call the customer care to register complaint they will not take any action.
Waste of money!!!!!
Never ever never ever take their assisted services.. they just send profiles and leave.. no proper feedback .. no proper response or followup.. they just loot heavy money for absolutely nothing

I purchased till you marry membership with roughly$400. It abruptly stopped after a couple of months. I didn't realize until I was unable to contact prospective matches. When I did I got very unprofessional response of customer service saying your membership expired on this date please renew your membership to see more matches. I had also included invoice of$400 for Till You Marry membership. No response from 24/7 customer service or call number from US.
Bharat Matrimony is the Biggest Scam. I told all of my friends family not to use this kind of matrimony site. They send invitations from Fake IDs to ensure users sign up for their Premium services and once you pay them send unwanted invitations for name sake, aswell I will share this on Twitter also. I would like to rate Zero
Bharat Matrimony should be renamed as Fraud Matrimony. They are running a matrimonial fraud racket. The I&B ministry should ban them immediately.
Bharat Matrimony is the Biggest Scam in India. They send invitations from Fake IDs to ensure users sign up for their Premium services and once you pay them Money they delete the profiles. I got invitations from 15 ladies who were asking for Money and when I refused, Bharat Matrimony deleted their Profiles. One lady also sent me her Flight Ticket to confirm she is coming to meet me but mentioned Airport’s name as ‘Manchester United’ instead of Manchester and that’s how I caught her. 99% of Profiles are Fake. I have Attached the Screenshot of All Fake profiles who sent me Invitations and were created and managed by Bharat Matrimony Staff.
When i caught Bharat Matrimony Staff creating these Fake Profiles they Deleted it and accepted those were Fake profiles and Blocked them but Refused to Return me Money. Both Bharat Matrimony and Shaadi.com Are Biggest Scams running Openly in India
This portal is running by fraudsters. Portal have a lot of fake profile. through these fake profile the request you and their sells person calls you to pay for prime membership. after that they makes money from your data. please dont invest in this portal.
