The worst ISP in India

We are now bored by the Airtel advertisement of claiming the fastest network. Slow network speeds, bad pricing and the baseless allegations on JIO has made understand that Airtel would never rectify itself and will reduce prices only on receiving competion from JIO.


We should not forget that before the entry of JIO in the market Airtel's internet prices are upto Rs 250 per GB which are now less than Rs 5 per GB

Poor service

Airtel is one of the worst services I have ever received, expensive and of no use. Poor customer service. No proper response when called customer care. I had a very bad experience. Suggest people always to go with another connection.


They don't know how to talk to the customers, they don't know how to solve the queries of the customer. When they don't have a proper answer they just disconnect the call. I also suggest people not to go for the postpaid connections.

Hi friends to day I want to share my experience about the airtel and it working status it is very unusual product it doesnt having signals in  also that is very unusual it network speed also very slow our area is developed area since it doesnt working I am very unpatient with this operator even we got one or two signal properly call is not going internet speed is very slow it is not at a user friendly it is the bad operator I ever saw

Airtel is the very poor network of the India and who was the very more money in all Indian consumers so this network has case in peoples in try so jio was the very good and small recharge network of the India and all the chairmans of the Airtel was very poor behaviour in our customers so this behaviour and independence all people says case in Airtel company and drivers action in this Airtel network

WORST SERVICE NO WORDS I HAVE.mine sim is not started yet even after submission of documents.Call center service poor no way of speaking.Totally unsatisfied with service wont suggest anyone for airtel sim for any.call center guys response me its not our look out then to take free pay they all sitiing.I have a jio sim it got activated in 5 mins.Airtel document submission done and 48 hours even over hat type satisfaction u give customers? never I will tell anyone to take airtel sim. Worst way of speaking no manners no proper explanation.Its better to take another sim to get better service from them.Not like ull people.

They provude good service but they takes advantages of their vast network and charge more money and provides less data amd talktime both. They provide the worst coustmer care service thwir coustmer handler din't pickup the calls neither they provide you the proper answer of your concern. I only love the speed of internet on airtel which is also now over taken by jio so airtel just charge more and give less. ?

Yeh airtel is very good network and also available all over india there is no problem  related to any network it is also the world fastest network  in india it also having maximum costumer  as compared to vodafone idea reliance jio aircel telnor/uninor tata docomo tata indicom etc it has maximum speed that is 5 mp per second which is proved that it is the fastest movie downloader I aso recomded that eveyone must buy a airtel sim

I had recharged my pre-paid balance on 17 th Oct 2013 of Rs 200. On 20th Oct, suddenly my account balance gets slashed to 0 rs . This has happened for the 2nd time in a month. It was an app which doesnot give a perfect satisfaction and it was the combination of the apps which was developed b airtel and it was the one of the best networks


coming to service and support it was not so cool and they tells us the remedies for them unless creating or solving the problems and Information depth ok it was cool with it but always promotes the airtel network and I dont actually like it and content timeliness nothing else waste of time using it and the design was based on the network and website load time it takes lot of time to get loaded and it buffers a lot.Thank you

At first I thought this site was good for online recharging of your phone balance but I was wrong, they do recharge it but take a whole lot of a time and they do not even give updates about it. Manier times I have not even recieved the recharge and have to file complaint to receive the money back.


Well ofcource we can use to recharge dth, airtel broadband and other things, but I don't own any of such service only airtel sim.


The plans information provided on the site is not clear sometimes. Leads to wrong recharge. Design of the site is quite same as it was always. Website load time is very good. I am only using this sim because of its reliability but this site is not reliable that much.

Bullshit network, bullshit customer support

Hi,


I am using this network past 3 years, that time it was good but now when I turned my net plan 3g to 4g, it become worst. I am tried yesterday night between 2 am to 2:20 am 3 times I made call to there customer care number but they didn't take my call. even after 3 time I have call.


its my compulsion that it is a corporate plan given my company.

"Jo tera hai vo mera hai" the Airtel way!

Hi, today I will sharing a easy way to deal with this corporation who advertises it self as your friend with ads like "jo mera hai vo tera hai" and latest ad about full transparency by showing network towers. I used to work for an ad agency and worked on Airtel ads for a period of 6-7 months and I know how they operate. Airtel is not really a honest company but however it seems to be the best option at the moment in New Delhi in terms of cell phone connectivity and internet service(not customer service!). I will share 2 incidents and will tell you a great way to deal with them. Ready. alright here we go.


First, the small incident. There is a DLF mall in Sarojini Nagar Market which has an Airtel Store. Some of the most slimiest people work there. 2 times I have gone there, once for getting a new number and the other time for internet facilities with a particular request for prepaid connection and both the times they said, "sorry sir, it is currently not available, but let me show this post paid option which will be best for you." Both the times I left the store and told my father about the incident. Both the times my father took me back, threatened their manager with legal actions and both the times the store employees apologised and immediately provided me with the prepaid option. Case closed.


Incident number 2. This one will make you angry because this can most definitely happen with you.


Now, My mother had purchased a post paid internet connection for her iPad a while back and recently discovered(because of me) that prepaid is the way to go, because it is cheaper and she really doesn't use the internet like I do(video tutorial, music etc). When she wanted to close the account the customer service people said why don't you pay out the bill then we will close the account. So she did that, but the account did not close and was reactivated. She told the customer service people the story and they told her to pay the bill and they will close it. My mother paid the bill again and the did not close the account. She contacted a sales representative separately who told her that it will keep getting reactivated until unless they close it first, so wait till they close it and only then pay.(Maybe all employees are not corrupt to their core, there are exceptional cases). So she did not pay the bill for the third time and instead told the representative that please send your executive to come to our house with a full and final bill and only then I will pay.


(To All who are reading this. this is very important. All ways ask for the full and final bill with the representative's signature. It works because my mother accidentally got it done for another number years back and you will not believe that the collection agency still calls for the payment which she doesn't owe them


Back to the current incident. So for the past 4 months the collection agency for Airtel has been harassing my mother 3 times a day, everyday and all calls are made by different women. The women who call are rude, they shout and every now and then a nice woman will call to confuse my mother. But my mother is the type of woman who can make tough men cry, she is a psychologist(specialised in mental illnesses).(Hurray for Ma!).


She knows that all the calls are recorded and they try to make her say that, "oh, so you don't want to pay". Every time she responds very calmly by saying, "that is not what I said, send your representative with the full and final bill and I will pay." So they have been saying the, "no that is not possible" or "oh! you want us to come to your house, why don't you go to one of the outlets."


I know ridiculous, isn't it!


For the final part of this post. the Solution!


I will point out first the obvious.




  1. Stay calm, don't get angry because the calls are being recorded. They can use it against you in the court of law if it does go that far.




  2. Don't give up! Very important, they are not right to do what they are doing by harassing you. They are playing a long game where they will keep harassing you for a long time till you give up and say, you WIN"




  3. the Final solution I have come to understand to keep these Big Companies under control is by opting for pre-paid services and not post paid. When you are in control of the money they will listen to you. Converting from pre-paid to post paid is easy but the their way around is very difficult because that is where they make most of their money.






So go Pre-paid till a reliable competitor comes along who can match their services.(Not their Customer "Care" services).

Airtel name tells us everything about itself its network, its customer support, its internet facilities and bla bla bla. No no do not just get shocked it was told two years ago. Now story is just opposite except for one thing that is its good network in different areas.


In some areas in villages still there is the problems of network.


Sir, now this service provider do as it wishes without thinking relabilitiea of common people.


Increasing cost of data packs has just repelled me to choose any other operator for data surfing. Its cost for  one GB has two GB for some other operator.


Second is that of its local and std call rates. Just do not talk about it, how costly it has become these days. Put tarrifs of approx fifty rupees to get some desired call rates.


So just choose other operators if you want to get new connection

AIRTEL is  a mobile service provider


ii used to have airtel sim 4-5 months back when I heard about it.


initially the sim worked perfectly fine with good networks and high speed internet


but after 1.5 months the working started to diminish


they used to add value added services on my number and deduct loads of my balance and when I called them up


they just made illogical reasoning that I have only activated even if I had not


my no was there with everyone and changing no meant huge amount of problems


like giving new no again to every one.


I face huge amount of problems I kept the sim for 2 months


and balance was like constantly deducting


at the end I just threw the sim away irrespective of the problems


it took me again difficulty to get all contact and provide everyone with my new no


I HATE AIRTEL


I recommend not to buy airtel at all it has worst cost care service


they just gonna deduct your bal and wont tell you appropriate and valid reason

Very very Good Network

At first I m using Tata DoCoMo , but due to balance cut I portable my number to idea . Then network problems occr on idea , so now I m using this Airtel service .


It has stable network & it also gives a good internet speed & also it have a special features on data . The half of  data z refunded u use during 12am - 6am .


Nice mobile operator .
