VU Android 4K UHD LED TV

Hi friends, unfortunately me also a part of review and rating but its my honest suggestion please never go with such cheap and narrow money minded company and their reviews and ratings on e marketplace like amazon or flipkart are fake don't go with their cheap price it can cost you much more .

their entire team are only for sales operations and promotions. after sales service is very pathetic and like fraud believe me its my live example which I am facing, falls in their trap of review rating on amazon and make my decision to go with VU tv is my biggest mistake I spent 55k thousands only for 1 yr after that my money got waste because they saying 3 year warranty but when issue occurs on your tv and you contact them anyhow after 1 month struggling by call chat email then they think we should respond to customer and after addressing the issues they ask for 1500 rupees before any inspection & any visit to diagnose the problem and say product is out of warranty without it they not interested in your problem whether your tv is on warranty or outside warranty they will not consider your point a brand never do this if product is out of warranty still they never ask money before coming

2nd point is that however they come to inspect your tv they have one and only one statement whole panel will change would cost around 70% of your tv cost means 40k you have to pay for service how disgusting is this. guys reviews and ratings which is whole scam on amazon flipkart they promote VU California US based tv only branding tactics to grab Indian customers because they are very smart and they know how Indians mindset can be convinced so my dear friends its my own worse experience which I faced after making a wrong decision to buy VU tv.

I strongly dont recommend anyone to get falls in this trap better go for Lg Samsung Sony even MI bec its still a brand and have proper process journey of sales to service and they are bound with their service ethics but Vu tv has no service dear friends trust me . hope my this experience will help many peoples who are planning to buy tv for their families.

Very poor quality of product , and after sales customer service is worst . With in a year the Display stop working completely.

The warranty they provide is only for name sake. They will not replace or repair the TV under warranty. They say it is physically damage by the customer.

NEVER BUY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. AFTER EVEN A SCREW YOU LOOSE THE TV GOES FOR SCRAP NEVER BUY. THE SOUND WENT AFTER 8 MONTHS

I bought VU 43 inch UHD tv in June 2020 , its display stopped working last month Feb 2022 , firstly it is very difficult to connect with customer support , also response of their executives is very poor. After so many calls , one service engineer came after I paidRs 1000 , he said they will send repair quotation in mail , its been 10 days did not receive the mail for repair . They are looting our hard earned money.They are not agreeing to extend the warranty also . They have no policy for exchange of TV like other brands. TV display got damaged in only 1.5 years of usage. This wasn't expected. It is better to go for LG, Soni or Samsung. Won't recommend VU tv to anyone. Pathetic product quality and customer service.

We bought tv few months back which was in warrenty period. On 4th Oct we raised complained as it stopped working. Our complaint is still pending for resolution. This is how pathetic frustrating service VU provides.

We are regretting after this purchase. I will never recommend anyone to buy it. After multiple followups technician visited to our place and said, panel need to be replaced. That panel order took more than a week to dispatch from Mumbai. It's in transit state since 21st Oct. Not delivered till date. Completely waste of money. Don't rely on VU. please go for bigger brands.

Product is really average. Good sound and brightness with sd n cable channel picture quality bit less n little blurring, so overall tv is only average.

I was using vu television for the last few years.it was just owsom.the picture quality and sound was superb.but one day suddenly its display was damaged with no reason, but yet the sound was working.it take huge amount to repair it.so I purchase a new tv from an other brand.

The company management is very bad, ceo West and vp south head very bad people no respect all tv and parts refurbished don't buy

Vu 55 inch tv bought 2 years ago and now display is gone .asking 20000rs for display .just waste of money .guys go for good brand a bit more pay is okay than regretting after years

Vu pixelight 4k uhd tv purchased on July 2020 in 30k from Flipkart with extended warranty from VU 1+ 2years in 3k. After 2months of usage suddenly stopped working with no picture no sound only red light blinking. I called VU customer care on 10th September 2020. They asked to send bill picture to support@vutvs.com. Then on 11th again and asked for service engineer but they told your service call still not registered so I have wait for another 24 hrs then on 12th again I called then they registered my complain. After 3 days on 15th September I called again then provided me with VU kolkata branch number of there helpdesk 933970xxxx. I called repeatedly but no-one received my call again I called VU customer care then they given me vu kolkata branch head number that is S.K BAIRAGI. I called him and he told me sent service person. Then on 16th September service engineer came and detected the main board need to be changed. Today that is 26th September no one came to change the board. Such a pathetic service.

A crappy product with the worst sound and low qualiity display. Better to not buy a TV than buy this

I bought this TV in August 2019.

My display started getting dots on it. After completing them in the month of march 2020. They took 2 months to solve my problem and with in a week again the same dots were coming on screen with in a week of service. The warranty is for 1 year and they took my 3 months only in service. And still the pbl is not solved. I ll suggest you to please don't buy VU brand tv. They have very bad after service. I hope they will solve my pbl soon.

Please dont buy, I brought the TV in Dec 2017, as an over all TV for the money you pay you get what you want. The picture quality is not that great. The sound is pathetic. One of the biggest problem is the service, if you run into any issues after the warranty.

Recently the TV stopped working and I have to call the service center, they told me that the visiting charges for the technician is 900 Rs, which is too much in my opinion. The guy showed up after 3 days and he just saw the redlight of the TV glowing repeatedly and told me that the mother board has a problem and has to be replaced and to my surprise he said that the cost of the board is 6500 Rs with just 1 month warranty.

I didnt had a choice and had to go with it, after a week time he came back and replaced the motherboard and he took away the old board when I asked to handover the old board he told me that 6500 is for exchange of the old board if you keep the old board then the cost is 8000 Rs and he has to send the board to the VU company. My guess is they rebuff the board and sell it back for the unknown customers for 6500 Rs

How pathetic is that

I am using this TV from 1 years which is 43 Full HD, It has stopped working due to heating issue. I called to flipkart and VU team but they just said they will attend us shortly. So one guy came and checked the TV he did not understand what happened to TV. Sometime he said PCB is not working and sometime said screen is not responding. At last he said you can claim to company but since one month no body is listening up, I sitting idle with no help. I need to buy new TV as family members need TV to watch.

Good android tv for low price. It is affodable to buy. With lot of specifications and new smart tv options.

No Doubt Vu has really cheap tv with quality.

After one year I got display issue and called customer care. Due to lockdown the executive came after one month and replaced the motherboard of TV of cost 5400 + 900.

But the twist is

I got used motherboard as I could see someone's YouTube account, hotstar account etc.

It's scam and I can sue Vu tv for such breach.

That's the reason go for brand vu is scam .

I am using VU 43inch LED TV from Dec 2017, I had a good experience till Last month and was happy using the same. I bought this product through Flipkart going through all the reviews. Also I referred many of my friends and Gifted this product to 2 of my family members. Last month while watching TV, suddenly the display gone off and audio went off in 15min. This happened suddenly without any damage caused by us, also I don’t suspect any voltage issue as I am using voltage stabilizer.

I was surprised and called Customer support, executive arrived and attend the service and informed it could be PCB issue which will cause 2K approx. and mentioned it will take 1 week to receive the spare parts. After a week Executive came up with new PCB and attempted to install, but there was a mismatch in part and saying as wrong part number is ordered. Again went to order the correct part and it took one more week to get the part. Last week Saturday(30th Nov) executive came with correct PCB and attempted to assemble, finally told the issue is not with PCB, display is not working which will cost approx. 17K and finally I paid 650rs for service.

It was real shocking for me and had many taught in my mind, How trustworthy VU brand is? Will it last for only 2 years and after that we need to throw it off? Previously I had Sony TV which I was using almost 8 years and still its working without any fault. Also I am answerable to my relative if the VU TV which I gifted stops working as my TV stop working.

Is it a short term Use and Throw product? Is all the Reviews mentioned in Flipkart/Amazon is fake? How trust worthy is your product?

This brand really put me in a situation without watching TV from past 1 month now.

Very poor quality and service. NOBODY SHOULD BUY THIS TV. IT WORKS ONLY 12 MONTH.service technician are not qualified. They are cheating in replacement of spare.
