Sony Bravia KLV-32W622E HD Ready LED Smart TV

I purchased a Sony Bravia 55inch tv from a shop, not from Amazon. I spent 72000 expecting the quality and durability, but very sorry to say while watching the tv multiple lines like grains started forming. We informed the customer care, they came and replaced the whole panel. We asked the reason for the damage, the customer service replyed maybe due to heavy voltage fluctuations. We had already fixed a voltage stabilizer costing 5000, but still the issue was not given a proper explanation. Anyways we had to pay 23000 for the new panel . There was warranty only for 1yr. This damage was in 2.5yrs. the shopkeeper did not mention about the extension of the warranty too. So buyers kindly find and buy the best tv, don't go for Sony TV's by spending more amount and getting fooled.

Had this tv for 15 years now, it's worked wonderfully, the picture quality is great. Just recently replaced with a 4K tv.

I bought this TV in the year 2017.When I observed blurred images after 4 years sony assigned the repair service to a third party.That guy visited my house and without any testing he told that panel is out of order.When we insisted him he opened the TV set and told that display is out of order andbit will cost rs 20000.Without any testing he took away rs 480 .(200+ 280).We just wasted our money because we asked sony to send authorised person and they cleverly assigned this to a third party who just are not trained to test and repair the faults This is the worst experience we had by purchasing a sony product

I'm writing this review in response to a bad review I saw on Google that said the TV is not worth buying. The reviewer was wrong! This TV is awesome and I love it! I can't believe how clear the picture is, and it's so easy to use. It has all the features you could want in a TV, and more. I bought this TV for my living room and it has been great. I'm so glad I made the purchase because it has been a real life-changer. It's good for gaming, movies, and watching TV. The picture quality is amazing, and it's very easy to use.

The best Sony TV for watching movies and TV shows in a bright room is Sony Bravia 32 inch LED TV.

The TV is much better than the other TVS which I used before with excellent reflection handling and visibility.

The advantage of this TV is Led tv's like this one appear to be immune to the the risk permanent burning.

The major plus point of this TV is is the sound system which has been a very successful one in all the Sony televisions.

Television comes with the dolby atmos sound system with a clear sound and base will be e very clear.

Despite having a VA panel the viewing angle are not bad. Thanks to theSony X Wide Angle Technology.

Unfortunately its native contrast ratio is lower then most VA panel TV because of viewing angle Technology that comes with the cost of lower contrast ratio.

This is the TV that delivers great performance and is the best Sony TV for watching movies and shows in the home for a wonderful experience.

According to me Sony Bravia TV is the killer performer in the category.

I had purchased the Sony TV 43 inch, serial no. 8545656 Model No 43W800D in Delhi on 10 Jan 2016 for Rs. 65, 000/- Within 25 Months the TV screen has become faulty with the picture changing colours jumping multi coloured vertically at periodic intervals. A compliant was lodged with Sony customer care vide . The engineer visited our residence. He said that the tcon board may be defective and it may attract Rs. 7000/- for repair and if not been repaired Rs. 20000 can be the cost for new panel. It is pathetic that brand like Sony has come with these kind of defective product sales. My TV just survived only for 25 Months.

I have gone through with other purchasers who face the similar problems, This means that Sony TV distributors are delivering the defective pieces to the customers. I am unable to pay such huge amount as this amount can buy another TV but I don’t want go for the other brand and I request you to look into the matter and repair my TV panel free cost.
