I bought this product 2 years back, for whopping amount that it didn't actually deserve.
It has been dreadful experience using this so called tablet and only use I could bring out of it is throwing it to other people whenever I got angry.
Well that's the only thing that I liked in there was its body, the plastic used is perfect for using but it feels glossy and can get itself slipped from your hands easily multiple times. Holding this will make you think as if you are holding a stone in your hand.
There is no rear camera that is a huge let down and front camera is not efficient too. The screen's resolution is not worth watching and can give real strain to your eyes. The audio gets distorted various times while playing even soothing sounds. Despite of having 512mb ram it can't even load full web pages and gets stuck. There is no possibility of playing heavy games all of that won't work. Tried to install GTA Sanandreas but it didn't install.
Another major issue it holds is that the Google's official Play Store is not pre-installed alternatively there is Hcl Market which doesn't conatins even important apps like messenger.
Only way to install Play Store is after rooting it. Forget about the resale value because you are not going to get even a single penny after you bought this.
It's charging socket got burnt after 8-9 months of use, there also the problem strikes the service center is very hard to locate even the service over there seemed pathetic and charged me 1100/- even in warranty saying motherboard problem.
There are many tablets in market which can be bought. Buying this is like throwing your money in open air.
