Fast Claim Amount Clearance for me
Me and my friend took syncnscan product together and we got a discount of 15% during purchase. I claimed for my damage phone in May 2021 and got my claim cleared in 10 days. This was very surprising and shocking for me. I found myself very lucky as I never saw such a quick insurance clearance from any other insurance companies. Just go for it, Guys!
I bought SyncNScan last year and claimed for it this year. Sales team was no doubt very helpful while purchasing and helped me through end-to-end purchase process, whereas claims team helped me in claims process, The staff is very cooperative, supportive and helpful. Though payment took some time around 20 days but I will still recommend you to bug from here.

I am happy that my claim was settled on time. I sent all the required documents and Sync n scan cleared my payment within 15 days of receiving documents and bank details. I recommend my friends, relatives using and purchasing it in future.
People take money and stop responding. Syncnscan team is responsive, atleast on email and resolves my

I purchased syncnscan online on 14Dec2020 worth 9997/- for my father's expensive
Apple phone. It was worth buying. I raised claim on 14July2021 and got my amount in August2021.
It took almost one month to clear my claim. I used to followup with support team regularly and was getting proper responses from their support.
Best part is team was responsive, I never felt like fraud/ignorant, though my claim was delayed.
Other team or companies start ignoring calls or emails, when they do not want to pay, but this was not the case in Sync n scan.

I bought syncnscan for my iphone in November last year. I got my claim settled August this year.
I faced a bit challenge in reaching the support on phone, as their number remained busy or unanswered, but
I was getting active respond on emails.
I recommend buying it in future.
Fraud company.I suggest not to buy this.we have filed case against this company. So please don't buy this.only one man is operating this and collecting money from customers. But escaping from all once you buy.
The customer service is not good and the claim processing is ". " I've no idea. I had to call / email them several time. pick and drop for mobile(they charge for this).

Best customer service. I have ever seen. They have done what they were telling to return back my repaired mobile with in a 7 working days without any cost. My mobile got damaged which hi totally unsual to me for use and screen of my mobile his around 7000 but I got repaired free of cost from syncnscan. From a insurance of just ut rupees 1699 . Syncnscan is a best insurance company. The staff is really nice and helpful. I have claimed the insurance and it was hassle free I got my handset delivered in a week and I m really happy with the service this company provides. I will always go for syncnscan mobile insurance. I have purchased iPhone 8 and I had purchased one year protraction plan from Syncnscan in just 2799. after some time my handset got damage, so then I called to Syncnscan for taken service .after taken service and I am astonished, after the repairing my mobile is returned just 2 to 3 working days.

Syncnscan very good company .these plan covered accidental damage, liquid damage, theft, mechanical coverage and software suite these company is providing pickup and drop facility.
Syncnscan is no. One fraud company in the name of insurance. They never apporve your claim . Don't buy this shitty insurance.
These people are so fake. They are just focussed on selling their policy and their process of claiming the insurance is SICK!
My phone's screen was broken and the company is ready to fix it in an hour But due to these fg guys I have to wait for 4 days as I am not allowed to get it fixed until I have received a confirmation from them. So, I am still waiting for the confirmation and they never picks up the call and reply on the email. It frustrating like hell as it is causing business loss.
THE BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS TO BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY FULL OF IDIOTS.

Here I am sharing my experience with syncnscan. I insured my redmi note 7 pro in march 2019 from here and unfortunately last month it got damage due to water entering. I immediately reported to the claim department. They asked about each and every detail of the incident and asked me to share some documents with in a particular time period. I mailed them all the required documents and right after 16 days i got the claim amount. I am very impressed with their claim service. I will definitely suggest my family members and friends to get their phones insured from here only. Thanks syncnscan.
I would like to thanks syncnscan and its employees/executives for providing such good services to their customers. It is a very genuine company. Earlier I was very afraid of such companies as I got to know about so many frauds etc. But my friend forced me to insure my company from syncnscan as it was trusted by him also and now I can say that it is the best company if you want the complete protection of your phone and easy claim process.
