It does what it is designed to do.

This software does what it was designed to do and meets all the requirements that a good software with all the features should meet so I think this is definitely a good software to go for.

Customer service is not great.

The customer service of this software is not responsive. They leave issues pending for days and a lot of work gets stuck because of that.
