SanDisk Pen Drives

I bought San Disk cruser blade 8 GB pen drive for Rs. 400 from a local store near my place for home and college use. I used it for transferring data like text documents, presentations, music, videos, etc. This product is not worth paying an amount of 400 for such product.

Help Functionality:- The help functionality of this product is fine it doesn't require any specified software for installation and usage, rather you just have to plug and play. But the major issue with this is the transfer speed of data from and to this product. It requires much time to copy data from this device to computer or copying any data from computer to this pen drive. If there is some data around 2 GB, then at least it will require 30 minutes approximately to copy the data from computer to this drive. San Disk must consider this while manufacturing products like this.

User friendly:- This device is user friendly as it is easy to carry along anywhere and design of this product is also fine as it contains a hole for key chain. The colour blend of this pendrive is also good comprising Red and Black colours.

Ease of installation:- There is no such requirement of installation of any external software or drivers for this product. This product is easy to plug and play in almost every operating system for computers and other media products like music players.

Feature:- This product lacks in the context of features as the design and shape of the product is not elegant. Even the material from which it is made is not good. It seems to be cheap plastic which breaks apart after a month or two. San Disk is a big brand so it must provide reliable products so that the customers do not get disappointed with such issues. The cost of the pen drive is not less but the the material is cheap.

Service and support:- Though the company claims for good service and support but it is nothing like that as there is no replacement if the pen drive breaks down. The company doe not provide any replacement or refund.

SanDisk Pen drive is one of the best storage device among the all available pen drive available in market.  I am using 32 Gb pen drive since from last one year.  The functionality of this pen drive is very smooth and excellent.  This pen drive is most user friendly as compared to other brand.  Ease of installation is quick while connected to PC.  The features and functions are extremely good and it is featured with most advanced technology. I never come across any issue in this pen drive but it provides replacement geruntee. I am suggesting to purchase SanDisk Pen drive if any one is interested.

I have been using this pendrive for 4 months now and I think its one of the best version of pendrive . Its very compact and cheap comparitively . I am using the 32 gb 3.0 variant and its petty cool in design and features it is ultra compact and its speed is very high also I sometimes find it difficult while using 2 pendrives simultaneously also according to my experienxe the company says that it supports 100mb/s speed but in my computer it has gone up to 90mb/s which is preety owsome . I wanna appreciate sandick for giving such a wonderful product at this price range also I would advise people to go with sandisk for quality

I mostly hate this pendrive because it sucks and after using it for months its doesnt support much of the compiters and it can easily hold virus from any computer and it slows on the move and copy function I dont know why but company should improve scanDisk pen Drives Also it have maximux price on india .

Hello, Readers today I am here to review on SanDisk Pen Drive, There are lots of pen drives available in the market, But for the pen drive I am gonna review is the most common pen drive of SanDisk, You can see the picture of it.

1) What I Liked As A User ? It Is A Cheap Pen Drive, Nothing Else !

2) What Did I Not Like As A User ? After physically using this pendrive I felt The Material Used To Make This Pendrive Is So Cheap, After Using For Few Months Pendrive Gets Break From Front side, From Where We Attach It With Computer Or Laptop.

Three years back I purchased a Sandisk pen-drive of 16 GB storage and still its functionality sounds excellent.

This is the second device I purchased from Sandisk just because of its User friendly Interface of Installation.

Once it installs, you just can't imagine the speedy transfer of your data from one to another memory storage.

Like other Sandisk products, Sandisk pen-drives always being my first choice of data storage due to its ease of Installation.

Sandisk are features are admired worldwide due to its better functionality and uniquely designed peripherals.

The customer support of Sandisk is awesome and verifies everything in order to resolve ones query.

Happy to share and hence I recommend this device to every geek.

I have a 16GB SanDisk pen drive. I purchased it from Paytm Mall before 3 months. I was using it regularly. I transferred files via it and sometimes I listened music in my home theater via It. First 2 month there was no problem. From last month it was shown some problems. It automatically disconnected from my Desktop and sometimes it stopped working. I was confused to see this. I know SanDisk is a big brand but my SanDisk Pendrive is a defective one. As I purchased from online so didn't got any warranty also. It was so pathetic to me. My Rs 400 is just gone. I contacted with paytm for khow about warranty but they didn't help me. So friends I recommend you please don't buy Pendrive from online, buy it from offline stores. That's my opinion.

Presently iam using three SanDisk pen drives one was 8GB and other were 16GB eachthey were working really good 16gb pen drive have a storage capacity of 14.5 GB and 8gb pen drive has 7 GB capacitythese pen drives were functioning well and transfer speed also impressiveI want to quote one incident a few days back my pen drive was fallen in a bucket of water from my shirt pocket when I bent but to surprise it was still working and data was also not lostit was easy to use and has an inbuilt software to lock our Pendrive which was a good one .and it is the most common device which will support all most all types of operating systemeven its installation doesn't take much time it is easy to install can be plugged to vga tv that supports usb in the system it automatically installsit purely functions as storage devicesit has service centres almost all major cities and townshoping this review is helpful to you

My pen drive is working good but it donot show data if it is upto 7 GB of 8 GB, which is a gad point although it is good. Simple and easy to carry. And they also don't provide a cap for the pen drive which is also a negative point. They should provide it to safe pen drive from dust and water ( some how) . They should be water proof also as it can be washed in pants as happened with me.

3 months before I purchased a Sandisk usb 3.0 Pendrive of 32 GB space through amazon costed 650rs. Initially everything was fine. It worked perfectly with my Lenova laptop on both 3.0 and 2.0 ports. Pendrive contains some internal file securing sofwares pre instaled. Just connect the drive to the pen drive port system will automatically detects and installs drivers within 10 seconds. File Transfer rate was high as 3 mbps in 3.0 port. Plastic body and design is also good. It can be used as keybunch also. Within 2 weeks of purchase outer body caught scratch designs and pen drive was looking OLD. After 3 months of usage I inserted pen drive to Onida DVD player usb port and Pen drive stoped working all of sudden. All files movies inside the drive was gone. I tried to do some trouble shooting but no use pen drive was not even recognised by laptop. I went to survice station as life time 5 year warranty wqs there for Sandisk Pendrive. survice center guys said its due to short circuit hapoend inside Pendrive and is not covered in warranty, So no replacement can be done. Within 3 months latest Pendrive stoped working. Their circuits are not good hence the issue. I am still using Sandisk old pen drive which I baught for6 years agi without any issue but the latest Pendrives are worst in quality and build. I dont recommond Sandisk drives to anyone.

Red colour pen drive i ordered from ebay of just seventy nine rupees only. This pen drive has capacity of sixteen giga bytes. Ebay is very reliable platform for shopping which is experienced.

Sandisk pen drive is very nice look and small in size and has a hook at the end to attach a thread with it.

Only disadvantage is that due to its small size it may get lost easily. In pen drive we can not set password so no privacy.

Merit of pen drive is that easily carry, user friendly, power saving.

Pen drive is very essential in todays arena if digital so that every one keep back up of his data store. I think san disk is best.

I am useing sandisk pen drives from a long time I have its 2, 4, 8 gb pen drives they are very good in looking and the speed of sending is also good I like the shape and size of pendrive.

my 2, 4, 8 gb pen drives have same shape of red and black body .

it is easyly avilable in any store neir me. my brother is also using the sandisk pen drives.

pen drive can be stored in a very small place due to its compect size my pendrive can support in any pc I dont have to wast time on solving the support problum.

I my sandisk pen drive from last 5 years and it still works grate.

if I go to buy a new pen drive for any one I nekedly chouse sandisk pen drives becaus they have long life that other brand does not.

I use my pen drives day by day . in my pen drive there is my main data which I needs and the sundisk pen drives keep my all data safe.

I bought this pendrive for my personal usage from Amazon. com. it is 16GB pendrive and its price was 400 on that time. sandisk pendrives are available in 2.0 port and sandisk companies claim that these pendrives give 10 to 15Mbps speed bt in actual it gives only 2 to 3Mbps speed which means, this pendrive dissatisfied us.it is wastage of money and also waste our important time.

Kingston and sony pendrives are very effective and having more features with same price as much as sandisk pendrives.

Sandisk ensures us that it has privacy feature but when we use it on another laptop or PC, it does not ask any password and open itself.

So I suggest to all that do not buy these pendrive and there are many pendrives available in Amazon.com and snapdeal. com of sony and kingston pendrives.

The main thing is that everyone should buy 3.0 port pendrives.

I used several Pendrives. But the common Pendrive that everyone used is mostly SanDisk.

And most of people think that if you wanna but a good Pendrive than it has to be SanDisk but its all. A lie, fake. Because most of the SanDisk USB are available in 2.0 port mostly and people doesn't know anything about what that means. If you are having 3.0 port Pendrive and you connect it with 3.0 port than its data transfer speed will be increased.

And in 2.0 SanDisk's port its speed is 2-3 Mbps which is very poor and it took so much time to copying data in USB, and it takes approximately 40-45 minutes to copy a data of 8GB in the SanDisk Pendrive. And they said that in 2.0 port SanDisk will give you minimum 10mbps speed, so it is fake. The password on Pendrive is also sometimes doesn't work, so there is also a privacy issue in it.

Size is also so small that many time I lost it, so I wasn't carrying it anywhere. And due to their name in the market its price is high and product doesn't fulfill customer's requirements so this is not a. Good deal to buy such a Pendrive.

So guys there is also other good products like Transcend, Kingston, HP and many more USBs which price is quite low and give you great features.

So please don't buy this product.

Hi Friends, first of all I want to tell you that I used this gadget. I think it's waterproof as my mother washed in washing machine and I worried about it as it contains my precious document and data. But you will not believe that I put it in my laptop it's started working I was shocked.

I thanked god.  As it's very functionally good  it's shared the data in less time as compared to other pen drive companies like kingstone, etc.you should Use this gadget Guys. In HP it's slow but in Dell it's faster. ( 8mb) for 200mb data. Now you can imagine. Thank you

My elder brother bought this sandisk's pendrive from flipkart approx 9 months ago for me. This is 32gb USB 2.0 pendrive. To be specific I found this product below average, this is not worth buying as it gives very less data transfer speed as compare to other pendrives. You'll feel irritated if you try to read/write larger files as it takes too much time.

I got one more problem with this pendrive that sometimes it does not show up in my laptop when I plugin the pendrive. This feels really irritating.

Though the style is good you can easily put in your pocket or somewhere else. There is one good feature in sandisk's pendrive that it have locker initially in all the pendrives you can lock your personal files there but don't mess up with the password as sometimes it becomes difficult to access data again once you messed up with password.

You may wanna consider other options in this similar price range like you can buy transcend pendrives which are far good than these.

I am using sandisk pendrive 16gb USB 2.0 from last 7 months. The performance of this pendrive is not so good. Write speed is very slow. For small file it's alright but in case of transferring large files It's like waiting for very long period of time. Read speed is also not so good.

One of the advantage is that we can secure our personal data with the password. So it protect our data when our pendrive get lost our someone else try to access our data but disadvantage is that if someone try password for 12-13 times it get locked there and we cannot access our files again. Sometimes it do not show in my laptop, after trying 2-3 times it show up.

Waiting for transferring data is really very irritating while there are many other pendrives in market which is having good read and write speed in this range only. I do not recommend this pendrive.
