Truely pathetic team with poor implementation

We had taken subcription of Qandle for 300 employees for multiple modules, their team took implemenation costs and also 1 year subcription without proper UAT closure, it seems no on from top to bottom values a customer. we kept on raising request for basic features which they said not available. intially during demo they say they have all the facilities for customization of their HRMS tool. but it fails big time when you want basic workflow approvals for even reimbursement. I tried to reach out to their CEO for escalating the pathetic service, he never even acknowledged my linkedin messages, leave aside being supportive or apologetic for his going thru the ordeal of dealing with insensitive teams. I have never seen a startup so indifferent to a customer. will surely never recommend this software. we had to write off the 2 lac rs paid to this company.

The scalability issue of this software is of major concern, but this software does not have that issue so it can manage increase demand and growth amazingly.
