It is not worth it.

Nitso HRMS is not worth even the free download because Nitso HRMS is so complicated to use and it just does not do the work well.

The customer support of Nitso HRMS are very helpful and they spend an hour with me to make me understand how to use the software. The software is pretty easy to use but I am really bad at technology so I needed help and I am so glad that they were so patient.
