Hi. I purchased this flash drive with high expectations. I am in touch with IT field. When I starts using this drive it was very disappoint me its data travelling rate is not too much fast and its circuitry burn very soon. Its not highly secure for data security. I am not happy with this flash drive. My best oppoinon with you guys dont come to this flash drive.

Kingston flash drive is worst and not a reliable product. I also has a bad experience with this product is that I purchase the Kingston 16 GB flash drive about 4 months ago. I use the kingston flash drive for 1-2 days. The drive is not supports on my pc and it also did not supports on other pc. After I request shopkeeper to change the drive with the new one. Then he changes the drive to the new one. Then I inserts the drive in my pc, the drive stores all the data in it but when I runs the drive again on in pc, then it doesn't open on the pc. I again request to the shopkeeper to change the drive to the new one, then he refuse to change the drive.

There is no warranty or guaranty is given with this product. Overall his is the worst product for me.

So, I request you that don't buy this product in future because this is a worst product which did not gives you guarantied service on the product. By buying this product is a waste of money of yourself and also it harms your device or pc.

I was purchased 8gb kingston flash drive from my local dealer. He was said its best flash drive and its very fast for data transfer too. The price is very affordable too. When I start using it I realise he was lied about its performance. Data transfer speed is very slow on it. After one month when I use it I was socked my all data was losted. I was stored my important files and documents which was very important. It was stop working.

I visited that dealer from where I was purchased it he said call the Kingston customers service they will provide full information about warranty. I call them and send emails but no one answered. Kingston products are very low in quality. I'm feeling disappointed. I don't recommended Kingston's flash drive to anyone.

I have a kingston dtm30 16 gb flash drive.i have bought this at the rate of 650in amall near by. I have attached this to my laptop and I tried to copy my project file in it .after removing and adding this to another pc I found fully no file. in my pc I found files is to be copied itried another time. result was same next time I copied some games to the flashdrive but it did not copied.

It showed that some damaged drive . I have seen the same message when I put this to the desktop. I went to shop where I complaint about the drive he gave another one . I opened it and got same result . next time I have planned to purchase another branded company. totally this is a product of waste of money and it is a damaged product.

I bought a 4gb kingston flash drive few years ago from a local store. It was my second purchase of a kingston pen drive.

I had a 1gb kingston flash drive already which was working fine. Thats why I decided to go for kingston again but the second time my experience was not good.

First 3 or 4 months 4gb pen drive worked fine and the transfer speed was also good but after that it stopped working suddenly and whenever I tried to insert in the usb drive of my computer a message came, the usb device attached is malfunctioned and pen drive was not working at all.

I dont know why the pen drive was not working may be because of virus or something else although I had an antivirus software installed on my computer already. After that I never tried Kingston again.

I had purchased a 1 GB kingston pen drive in 2012. Had got the drive from a local retail store. It was a compact drive. Though I had heard about this brand but had never tried it.

Overall there are not much expectation from a pen drive except for that it can copy the data and retain it and should work uniformly. It did the same for about an year or so but then one fine day it stopped working . When I plugged in the drive into USB port it simply would not copy any data and give some error. I thought it might be an issue with local system but then whereever I tried I got the same message. Also tried formatting but of no help. Guess it got corrupted or something.

Since it did not perform it task for even an year so I am surely not too happy with the product and the brand and will certainly not try this again in the future; hence I will not recommend this to anyone as there are many other good brands in this segment.

Well in 2009 I was in the need of a storage device which would store my important data and would be helpful in transferring bulk files from one PC to Another. So I looked at the market and only found pendrive and mmc with just 8gb of maximum capacity. And 16GB wer new at the market, but price wer equal to Gold.    16 GB pendrives wer available for 6000 rupees.

So I asked my Uncle who was working in United States that he would help me get one from US, becoz I heard in US 32GB pendrives wer out and prices wer pretty cheap there.

So, I asked my uncle to buy one, And he purchased a brand new Kingston DT-101 32GB purple color Flash Drive and gave it me a a month later.  The Price is - 3200 rupees.

Its 2015 and still the pendrive is working awesome without any problems.

Pendrives speeds are pretty low - just about 4 to 6 MB/s.  But pendrive Built quality is much better.  The pendrive is made with a transparent plastic body with a cover-able over revolving metal case.

Its a usual plug and play device.

The only fear I had was Warranty. Becoz since its purchased from US, I has doubt that the warranty will be valid in India or not. Warranty period was 3 yrs and thankfully the pen drive is still working nice.

PROS -

1) Built quality is good.

2) Pen drive has long life.

3) Three yrs International Warranty.

4) Compatible with 2.0 or 3.0 USB.

CONS -

1) Transfer speeds are between low to worst.  Just about 4 to 6 mb/s

2) Not that compact. Little bulkier.

Now the Same pendrive is available for just around Rs.700 to 900 in india.

And this Pendrive is very recommended to buy.

Overall, Kingston pendrives are recommended to buy.

I have a Kingston SE9 32 GB pen drive. Its a steel body design . Nice and simple looks. 12mbps transfer speed. And 5 year warranty. But its not actually 32 GB. Its 29 only. Well this takes kingston's one star. If its 32 then give 32 GB. Ohk. Slightly up n down is ok.

But not of 3 GB. Price is too ok. Not high and not low. Performance wise price is best. Its around rs 820 now. I brought it at 780 . In offer.
