Nothing is softer or more flexible than water, yet nothing can resist it. Said by - Lao Tzu. In our modern day rush for “more” and “now” we all tend to try and push through obstacles with all of our force. Don’t give up when you encounter an obstacle. Whether, it is entrepreneurship or working for others, all is the same thing in regards of hard work and persistence. We want it all now and the only thing that is ever shown to us is the end result. Water is flexible in its ability to adapt to its environment and yet does not yield to adversity. No matter what form water takes or the course it pursues it is still strong and is always working. This is achieved through willingness to experiment and a broad knowledge of different ways to handle the issues. Persistence is a commitment to not give up if something you try doesn’t work. That doesn’t mean trying things that have failed, it means being will to try something new. Flexibility and persistence aren’t something we’re born with. They’re something we learn. ~Ronish Baxter Read More

The only thing that we can truly control is our own attitude and reactions. Once we accept that, we can find happiness. Let go of resentment. I cannot tell you how amazing it’s been to let go of some of the resentment I didn’t even know I’d been carrying for years. Clinging on to an old conflict, argument or that you were wronged by someone can consume a lot of time, energy and space in your life. If we have a choice—look at what’s good or look at what’s wrong. Spend more time with the most positive people in your life. ~Ronish Baxter Read More
