Hello friends I would like to share my experience and opinion am zomato.com which is a website or app used to order food online. Few days ago I had a very bad experience with Zomato.com.
A few days ago I ordered food from zomato.com . The restaurant from which I ordered the food was listed on the zomato app and it was around 3 - 4 kilometers away from my house. As soon as I ordered the food from zomato I got a message from zomato that the food will be delivered within 40 minutes and I was okay with that.
I waited for more than 1 hour but I didn't get the delivery so I called them and they told me that the order has been dispatched and it will be delivered within 10 minutes. It took took them nearly 2 hours to deliver the food after I received the food I noticed that did was cold and tasteless.
This was the first time I got a bad experience with zomato.
