So first negative thing about zomato is that it is unavailable at many places like it shows there is no delivery options at your place . Secondly they never arrive at time like the app is showing that your order will be delivered within 30 mins but it actually took around 45-50 mins to arrive. Moreover sometimes the food quality is also not worthing it is true that the quality of food is actually not a concerned thing for zomato it is the restaurant's responsibility but if you are new to a city and Don't know which restaurant is good and then you would order with any one of them and you found that it is very bad quality so one thing that they could do is to verify the quality restaurant's food .
They also need to improve their costumer service . That is what I experienced
