Worst experience with Zomato, i ordered my food them and delivery boy came with tempered packaging, and asking to settle down. Their is no option to contact their customers support as their is no nos., No human chatbot, just ai chatbot with no help. After keep struggling with 1 hour they cancelled order, and no resolution. I left using Zomato after bitter experience in past, i thought to give a try, but again disappointed. They even not deserve 1 star. They keep thinking themselves god of food delivery, New food delivery startups should come and take over the market. I'm ready to pay double of delivery fee but need good service
