Service & Support: -Service and support of zomato is not in control of zomato as their outlets and restro do always what they want and they never delivered the the food within time and also 95% times I got very bad food quality from their as they never delivered a good quality food.
Information Depth- Yes info given as possible as in depth but if I will try to find out the contact details then most of times it;s very hard to findout the contact details of hotel or outlets.
Content:- Content is well maintaint by them and it is also a responsive one so there is no bad reviews for content.
User Friendly- it's only user friendly for desktop user as on desktop version only it's show information in depth but on mobile it's requried to select the version
Time to load-Quick on desktop.and took time to load on mobile.
My review against them to improve their outlets and hotel service
