Zomato is an Indian e-commerce food store that delivers food to your home for an exchange of money.Their service is not very good and they need to improve their service a lot and the support team is also very non-responsible and hardly understands any issues and takes time to solve customer queries.The information depth is also very low and they need a lot of time to update and the content timeliness is also very out-dated and old.The design is very simple from usability point of view and the website load time is also very slow.
