I used zomato a long time. Website and app both user friendly.
lot of offers and cashback offers available.
many restaurant setup minimum order value and this minimum value is 299 rupees.
zomato charges lot of money on online order as a service charge and taxes.
I ordered a burger in 39 rupees but I paid 101 rupees because 62 rupees taxes so this irritating. so zomato gives burger in 39 rupees only with offer but charge big amount with taxes.
delivery is average.
sometime live tracking does not work.
