Zomato previously was a good employer in food delivery business. Then day by day the can't handel that much of payment to delivery partnera so they reduce the price for them some cities like tier 1 cities get much order to delivery partners than in tier 2 and 3 cities so they came with a new plan called minimum guarantee which have low order and you have the income of the week with safe. But there is some difficulties where you would be relax to know that you have to do low order but the time you have to available is too high than a regular worker almost 10-12hrs, which is not a good thing. The people who gave order to picup pay the charges but not all the amount is come to partners some of amount zomato keep it themselves. I note that by comparing with customers. There is too much rules to work and there is a headache of teamleader of the locatio who handel the partners not such good at their work. Neither the area manager nor the team leader share the feedbacks or concerns of partners to zomato. A time ago the company was a good employer now the worst one. Some partners leave zomato because of the problem and rules the force to obey and the support for the partners are not that good at resolving problems. So if you want to join zomato as a delivery partner think once and clear all your doubt before joining if it suitable for you and happy with all the difficulties then you good to go.
