Hi I tried to open an account in Zerodha. Mistakely, I gave wrong email Id for nominee. Now I am strugling to correct the mistake and these stupid people were not able to provide correct link to update the email Id for more than 3 days. On the 4th day, email Id was corrected and even after more than 24 hours i.e. even after 5 days my account is not active. Pathetic experience. For email correction I was given the option to upload, do not know what information they wanted me to upload.
It seems there platform has lot of bugs which, due to which I request Zerodha team to return my account opening fee as they could not open account even after 5 days. I dont have trust in this platform anymore as there executives disconnect the call, if I call for a resolution.
It is not even worth 1 star.
