Zerodha customer care and website support is worst. They replied without applying mind. Staff is unskilled, insensitive, inefficient and ineffective. They send message and email without sense. When you call they extend reply time and don't talk about solution. They ask you to go their website, after you try several times, you realise it's horrible. I couldn't find solution for my problem, and when I sent email, no response with solution. I even wrote to zerodha CEO, he didn't replied. So as a customer, once I opened account, I felt I am trapped. Not a good organization, behaviour and system like 17th century. Beware of its customer care service, it is worst.
