I've searched for 1 month for the flat but was not satisfied finally they showed me a flat I just could not wait to move in. Realty kart has some really awesome flats.
The flat is really good with all the wood work and really well furnished flat. Even all the contract details and other t&c are clearly mentioned and client handling is very good. Sashank handled all the contract details and any query by us, they have reacted in a positive way. He really took us all through the details of the contract and flat move in procedure etc. And the flat we moved in a 3bhk for 6 members and the flat was way beyond our imagination.
We recently moved in 2 days back, although we've still got to see how the future interaction with realty kart would be like.
