Hi to all if you are planning to take flat on rent from realtykart then you are digging a whole for your self, recently we took a flat from them and we are suffering like hell, no proper response and co ordination. They hardly answer the call, when they answer they say I will transfer to the concern department, my foot.
I have been facing the repair problems ever since I moved in but till date no one is bothered to get it solved despite sending number of mails, 2 days back I called the call got transferred to the manager, I doubt how he became a manager, he hardly can speak English nor can understand, I kept on explaining the issues that I have Im facing, but from his end there is only one response get it done from maintaines, what the f*k man, if I have to get it from maintaines why the hell I will follow up with you guys.
Over all very rude and unworthy and the most looting company only intended in making money. I would suggest not go through realtykart, as I will also cancel my stay.
