So disappointing! I ordered 3 items for my baby boy online. Even when I got him the right size, all of them were tiny. For a month, they went to this store many times to try to return it, but it was difficult. The shop is still packed with customers. Broad, long check-out lines. In location, no social distancing. A lot of people with a nose mask and workers don't make us respect the procedure. Each time, he had to quit. I'm not getting COVID at this shop, and now they're not going to let me return the order as 1 month of window return passes. Don't even give me credit at the supermarket. The girl was super rude and called customer service.
