I am a dog lover. I have 3 dog i treat them as family member. Whenever I order non veg at restaurant. I used to pick out NV pieces seperatly and eat only rice part regardless of how costly the food cost is. What ever restaurant I had gone so far, serving ppl are very humble to pack and give the left over food. Omg With Zaitoo velacary I had very worst exp. I ordered mutton gray and mutton briyani which cost around 750rs. As usual I picked out mutton pieces seperalty before start to eat the food and keep on separate plate. Finally after finishing food I asked the service ppl to pack it and give to me. They accepted for the same and took the food and after waited for long time and when I enquire about the food, they gave a very silly reason as "throwed the food". Which broke my heart!!! When enquired the same to head person. Oh he is simply a LIER he superly covered that issue by giving an reply "we don't have a custom to give left over food to customer usually we will throw away". I seriously mouthshut to see such bad ppl with worst attitude. A family sit just opposite to me got the left over food packed. Full partiality!!! If they would said the truth I would have forgived them. Yeah I paid the bill and I had all rights over my food how could thy do this? I thought to myself not to turn back to this zaitoon velachary restaurant again. Bcoz of 1 or 2 persons with this bad attitude ruined out the restaurant name. Its absolutely restaurant owner duty to appointment good behavior person and monitor each employee attitude Finally headed back to home empty handed. When entered home my dogs searched me whtr I had brought food for them. Their heart was broken when thy see nothing in my hand and I was moved and felt pity with their sad look.
