I bought it for my cousin and he used to it for 3 months, It was working very fine and we thought it was a very good deal as we got 5.5 inches screen size, 13 MP camera, 2gb ram under 10k. But one day suddently phone was dead and we called to the customer care they asked to send to Delhi central service centre. I couriered it and its been 6 months I have not got any update. They told there was a problem with the phone and it cant be repaired.
As it is in warranty I asked for replacement or refund, but there is no response from them. I called them several times and no use and now lost hope and bought recently One plus one mobile. which is good till now.
Good yureka phone is Cam, Size, speed, features, low cost
Bad is battery backup and worst customer support, it will be good until it works, it it got any repair then it the end, you have to look for another new phone
