I have been using this device from last 6 months now, device is good but no service centres available, especially not available in tagore garden and near areas for repair and service. They have online service for this. In my case accidental damage was happened to my phone So I raised a support ticket, I received call back after 15 days for confirmation after so many reminder calls and mails then they arranged phone pickup in next 15 days, one month gone.
Again I made n number of calls to support for the date and time but nobody bothers to provide, no SLA or time frame for their service support. After another one month I received replacement/refurbished phone( its was paid service) which is again has some problems like not able to take update but now I dont want to mess with support and not want waste my time, battery is very poor. Even for buying any spare from YU there is same procedure. So I strongly suggest that spend few more thousands for Moto/Samsung/HTC phone but don't go for this phone. I suffered 2-3 months due to this phone and was out of contact from the world.
