The highlight of the phone is its metal frame which is curved all over and has rounded corners. It sports a smooth matte finish, I bought the champagne gold with white back but the phone is also available in buffed steel with black back plate.The design is very stylish. The phone does look very durable.
The external speakers are really loud and clear, it's speakers are Dolby Atmos enabled. It runs on stock Android, and the stock Android is very easy to use, even people who are using android for the first time can easily use it.
The Yu Yuphoria is powered by Qualcomm's 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 SoC which includes Adreno 306 graphics. More importantly, the phone has an ample 2GB of RAM and 16GB of in-built storage. The phone is amazing when it comes to performance, it never hangs or slows down.
The front of the phone is dominated by a 5-inch HD IPS display( 720x1280p) . The screen is protected by gorilla glass. The display is vibrant and the color reproduction is amazing.
YU Yuphoria features a 8MP rear camera( f2.2 aperture, capable of 1080p video capture) with LED flash and a 5MP front camera( f2.0) with 86 degree wide angle lens. The camera takes some really amazing shots and the photos are detailed. It takes 2 hours for my yuphoria to charge completely, it has a tremendous battery life of 1.5 days on moderate usage. For 7000, this is definitely worth.
