BEWARE !!!!!! They are BIG "FRAUDSTER's" .... I opted for their TATKAL service for name change in Aug'23 and paid them Rs 6000/= and they gave me a deadline of 2nd week of September for Gazette publication and today 3rd week has passed and still no publication of my name change..... Earlier they said that your file is deposited on 12th Aug and on asking for any receipt or acknowledgement for several days they gave me a fee receipt dated 1st September....So don't take their service and tatkal is absolute waste of money because such service does NOT EXISTS....Time taken by tatkal and ordinary service is same....Now they are asking me to go personally to gazette office in Delhi which is 600 km from my home...So be careful in dealing with them...NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL...
