First 3.9 rating in mouthshut is one of the fraud. I took YOU Broadband connection because of Vodafone brand. Now I lost hope on Vodafone services.
I took YOU Broadband connection 2 months before and my plan is 5000 Rupees for 6 Months. I used only one day, from next day onwards connection got disconnected without proper intimation. I tried to contact customer care service for more than 20 times, their response is very poor, issue not solved for 2 days.(One thing I need to mention here, there is no Tamil executive here only Hindi and English). So I asked them to disconnect my connection and give refund amount. Initially they agreed and said my refund amount will reach me in 45 days. Now it crossed more than 2 months, So I asked them about my refund but now they replying that they will not give refund on cancellation. For all your information, once you paid money in You Broadband they will never care about you and customer service. Not even pick your call later, they will give false plan while taking connection. I am fighting nearly 2 months for my refund, they are not even pick and responding. Don’t trust this fraud company. They are not even worth for 1 start.
