I asked for a new connection on April 3.


Two people(Kalyan and his colleague) came to my home and said they would install connection on same day, maximum by next day. So, I gave them 6351/- for 3 months subscription and free wifi router. I asked if I could pay them when the connection is ready, but they insisted I pay upfront. So, I did the same on trusting these liars. I paid the amount via UPI to Musthafa's bank account.


They didn't provide connection on that day, nor did they provide the following day. The next day, when I called them, I was told that wiring is going on.


On day 2, still no connection. So, when I called them, they say that the connection is not available in the area.


So, I asked them to give me back my money immediately since this was not my fault and I was not the one to cancel it.


But, they said that it is company's policy(rubbish) to send me money to my account.


So, I waited for refund initiation. I even mailed customer care and got back a response the following day that I would be called regarding the refund. But, I was never ever called.


The same with Customer care: I have been calling them since 6th April, they kept saying the refund will be initiated and I will get a call back in 4-8 hours.


Guess what! I didn't get a single call. Not one phone call.


And on 9th April, I called them and Customer Care people said that a cheque will be sent to my address. WTF! Why should I go to bank to cash my cheque? These people came running around to my house to get money, but now I have to go to a bank to get my money? It's not even my fault.


And btw, what the F company policy is to send cheques? Is this stone age?


I asked them to send it to my bank account and they kept saying that I will get call back in 4 to 8 hours again and again.


Meanwhile, Kalyan(who provided me the connection) blocked me on cell. So, I contacted him on Whatsapp and he asks me to contact Keshav.


THis Keshav guy said he will go to office and check in 3 hours. When I called after 3 hours, he says he is not in office, will reach office by evening.


Evening, he didn't respond.


Now, today, CC people say that i'll get check in 22 days. WTF!


YOU Broadband Customer Service is the absolutely pathetic crap.


Why don't you people shut down your company? Why is it even running? What a joke and waste of space and time.
