Since 3 months am following up with Customer executives for my refund, droping back to back mails - but there is no response from these people. Even the issue been marked to their nodal office(mail id shared by their executive), no action taken till date. Executive Divya, Deepthi, Shanthi, Nancy, Shreya etc., from Hyderabad centre and the list is more & more who requested to give chance of expediting the process, but till date 31 may I see no action from them.
