I gave payment upfront and on the same day they have done cabling. Today after 10 days still I am no able to use my connectiin. Router they promised they will provide, yet not provided.
I have been calling them since last 5 days and taking follow-ups but they are giving false promises that it will be done tomorrow and today and after 2 hours and all. If they don't have support staff and routers, then why just signing customers and doing cabling.
