One of the worst service providers that I have come across, there support is terrible, they customer service is pathetic, their nodal head does care about the mails sent to him, i would suggest dont use this broadband service powered by Vodaphone.
I have been using YOU broadband from past 7 to 8 months, from initially there internet never used to work, if it started working from oct but the data limit gets completed with 15 to 20 days where it should last around 1 month, i riased a concern against the wrong data clocking, since data was getting used even if the router was off, recently all the barriers was broken, 80gb of data got used and this time the router was off also when I asked them how it happened they say I used it, i asked them to shwo the proof they say we dont know how to show it, i am taking them to consumer court, big cheatersssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
