I am working as Software Engineer, have interaction(credit card, debit card) with all imp banks, Like SBI, HDFC, ICICI, KVB, Vijaya, Citi bank, Axis bank etc.
Recently I had an interaction with Yes Bank also, with in 3 months - I came to know its the worst and hopeless bank ever seen, they don't give the proper information to the customer they do as they like and proceed with the change in the customers money and at the end it's mismatch with the amount and they put everything on customers head. Very BIG cheating people. Be careful with the YES Bank people and transaction.
