Having dealt with several banks in my career, I found this bank to be the most worthless one in terms of service. Their branch banking is terrible. I have my salary account in this bank, but to open it I had a hard time(for the first time in my career).
This people were unable to provide me with my account number for about a month from the date of submission of my account opening form, every time you call up the bank they only say that it will be provided within the next one hour, which never ends, wherein other bank comes to instant salary account opening kit, now a days. One only positive thing for this bank is their netbanking service, which is good & their Rate of Interest which is comparatively high as compared to most of the banks.
