Hello guys!
Today I am going to write a review on a bank named - Yes Bank.
Yes bank is India's fifth largest private bank founded by family of kapoor's mainly by Rana Kapoor. It was established in 2004 in India.
I started working as a employee in Yes bank since last 2 years. I started as a was to earn some money. But I have found many problems in the working of bank that I am going to share with you all now.
These are my personal experienes.
So here are they : -
• I made a payment to my friend through Yes Bank. But there was some mistake in the payment formalities so I needed to cancel it. So I cancelled it but my payment didnt came back. The payments were gone. When I complained Yes bank about this they gave a very silly excuse that you may have done something wrong. I need my money back.
• My account was dormant due to non transactions for some time. Later I had a requirement to transfer money to India as my account was dormant. But my account is not getting active. Shame on you Yes Bank. My account has been blocked.
•When I was working in Yes bank I found that there are very irresponsible and unprofessional people working in it. No sense of responsibilty and noone was watching them or no authority took care of it.
