I didn't like the services provided by the operator they should work hard and must maintain the cab to provide better services.
And I aksed a man that please tell me a name of any cab which works in Kolkata then he told me about Yellow Cabs. I installed an application but the application always crashes and closed And when I visited Kolkata and there I was new then I thought to travel with cab to my location. I booked a cab and after many tries and my cab arrived very late and the driver is not talking properly, he is rude with customer and trying to take me through long route so, that I would have to pay more and he did. I have to pay more instead of Rs. 150. I aksed him to switch on the AC then, firstly he told me that AC is not working and then started AC and asked me that I have to pay for AC. And then also AC stopped working.
I reahed my destination lately and the cab was dirty, not maintained propetly.
I experienced very bad with this cab.
