I booked hotel rooms via this website for Swayambh Villa, Yercaud. They sent me hotel vouchers. However, when I called the hotel they informed me that rooms were not available on the dates requested by me(1st May to 3rd May, 2009). According to them they had informed Yatra regarding the non-availability of dates. However, Yatra send me false vouchers.
I was in a soup. Repeated calls to Yatra.com didnt give any solution. Their customer service is horrendous. I had to make 10 calls to them (each of 10-15 mins duration) but to no avail. One of the associates who finally answered told that since its peak season these mistakes happen.
I was finally forced to change my travel dates to avoid losing the money I had already paid them.
Beware people these people dont mean business they are only after ur money. Once they charge your credit card you are anyways a dont care. I am having sleepless nights making umpteen calls to them,
