Had booked 3 flight tickets( 2 tickets Vadodara -Mumbai) and(1 ticket Mumbai-Vadodara). Had to cancel the tickets of mine as well as my father as my father had medical emergency and was advised not to travel. Have cancelled the ticket well in advance . Had sent an email to customer service requesting for refund along with medical certificate and medical reports. have sent one reminder too for the response, but til date no response from customer support.
